I sincerely wish I knew about this scam of a company and did my due diligence, as many others have mentioned. While I did receive an email that my items were en route and did in fact, receive the items, the email provided by the "company" to facilitate a return bounced back. Additionally, the walkonbeach website now happens to be defunct. I fear that I am now likely stuck with $152 of swimsuits I no longer want. Please take the next step to report this "company," to the Better Business Bureau.

Bad quality and dodgy!
Bad quality. And when you try to return the item, they tell you that you have to ship it back to the US. They then offer you a 30% refund to keep the item.
Really unhappy and won’t be buying from them again. Dodgy!

It is a SCAM - they ship products in a format that fails their stated requirements to issue a return. They failed to provide address for returns. They force you to open the packets to take photos, then won't return the item because the packet has been opened. They are morally corrupt and basically a SCAM. If you order the likelihood of you being satisfied with purchase is near zero. AVOID THIS SCAM

I ordered two swimsuits and a pair of shorts. None of them fit properly. They are way off-sized. I contacted customer service at the email address for an exchange and got this crazy email stating that I can keep them and pay only $15 for each replacement plus pay for shipping. Why would I want to keep swimwear that doesn't fit? Then I got offered 30% refund to keep them. Still I'd have to purchase the items in a difference size. Again, why keep suits that don't fit? Then I was told to return, I'd have to ship to a mysterious different address, not the one on the packaging, because that's not really their address AND 10 days after they received the items, they'd send replacement. PLUS I had to provide photos that the liner was still in tact. Why wouldn't they see that when they got the suits returned? It is so sketchy. I chose the replacement (which means I'll probably never see the suits or my money again) yet after several follow-up emails, they only responded with the SAME FREAKING email that outlines the options of return. STILL NO RETURN ADDRESS. UNREAL. The sad part is that the suits are cute and well made, but this company DOES NOT CARE that you don't have what they advertised. I will be contacting the ACCC, Fair Trading NSW and the Consumer Ombudsman to file complaints.

I ordered this item at the end of September. I still have no idea when it will arrive. I tried to cancel but they won't. I wish I had checked the bad reviews,! I would love my money back but I guess that won't happen either. Do not order from them.

No help. They blamed the delivery company for how long it took to get the product. Who hired the delivery company? They offered no help with trying to find the missing product and, then, made the return process as difficult as possible.

I ordered two items from your company, one of which was sent without the required protective sticker. When I requested a return, I was asked to provide pictures showing the items with stickers. I explained that one item was sent to me without a sticker, yet I was then told to keep the item and offered only a 50% refund. I refused and requested a full refund instead.
Since then, this has turned into an endless loop: I am repeatedly asked for pictures, pressured to keep unwanted goods, and forced to wait at least 24 hours on a business day for each reply. The issue remains unresolved.
This is an extremely frustrating experience, and I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this company.

Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered from this company. It’s over two weeks since I placed my order which apparently has been in transit for the past 8 days and I can’t seem to get any updates. Unless it arrives today it won’t arrive in time for my holiday. Will never order from them again.

Return of Tankinis
I have a return of two tankini sets that while very beautiful were not the best match for my body fit. I reached out to Walkonbeach for assistance for the return process. Unfortunately, the company does not have a live customer service support system, it is automated. After 3 or 4 email attempts a return process was in progress. I was instructed to send my return package to an address in New Jesrsey that Unfortunately turned out not to be the address of the business at all and my return package was also mysteriously delivered to another location because of the zip code that the company gave to me for the return was to another location. The many follow up emails for assistance again got no help. A claim was filed on my behalf for the mysteriously lost return package however the USPS told me that they recommended WalkOnBeach needed to file a claim too. WalkOnBeach did not file a claim and dismissed any concern of my return.

Suits OK but BE AWARE! Customer Service is awful!
If Customer Service wasn't so very bad, I probably would have given at least three stars. The swimsuits are nice for the money. But you better be careful ordering your size because if you need to make a return you can forget about it. My package came with an item missing. I have been getting the runaround from their "customer service". They claim to be having issues with the logistics company but ask me to wait before they can handle it for me. All I want is a refund on the item that is missing or a replacement of the item. That's not happening obviously. I have been writing back-and-forth for over a month with no joy.
Last email they asked me to do the legwork on the original package to find out if I received it. Yes I received it!! I don't know how many times I can say that an item was missing from that package!! So very frustrating, so I finally gave up and will just have to eat the $24 that I spent on the cover-up that was missing. I have always bought Lablanca bathing suits in the past.And will continue to. They are expensive for a good reason.

I bought 2 bathing suits from this company & paid for expedited shipping. One came within the timeframe, but was the wrong bathing suit. I contacted the company and they said to just keep the bathing suit and they would refund me a partial amount....I said fine...assuming they would send me the correct one. It never came. I contacted them again and they said to give the refund back and they'll send the correct one. I figured the refund was due to the inconvenience, but nope. My 2nd bathing suit was the correct bathing suit, but didn't come within the expedited shipping timeframe...never gave me any money back for that. I argued and argued and assumed I was just speaking to a bot at some point as I was getting redundant emails...finally just gave up, but I would never order another suit from this company!!

Want to report again this is a company to avoid. Website says easy returns. They make it miserable to return an item and say it could be 15-30 days before you get an approved refund. They kept offering a lower price to keep an item I didn't want. So annoying. Shops that sell on line need to understand the need for returns. STAY AWAY

DO NOT USE this company if you expect that you might want to return an item. I ordered 2 skorts in size S and 2 in size XS as I was not sure which size I needed. I intended to return the wrong size but the company makes it as difficult as possible to accept returns. After 4 weeks of arguing for a return code, the items were received by the company 3 weeks ago, and I have not had a refund and have given up hope of getting one. I want to report them to an ombudsman/consumer service as they need to prevented from continuing their online sales.
The reply posted is typical of all of their emails. I think it is a computer bot with a ready written response that they send again and again but no actual action is taken. A meaningful response and refund is awaited.

Beautiful suit.!!! Need better communication.
The swimsuit arrived yesterday. I’m really impressed with the fabric and workmanship. And I’m a seamstress! The fit is perfect. I’m 5’6, 127 lbs. 72years old. I ordered a tankini with boy shorts in a Medium. The built in bra is the best fit I’ve encountered with one. My only complaint has been with the payment and ordering processing. I felt that I had to stay on top of it. The communication isn’t the best. It took about 10 days to receive it, which was good. I f I hadn’t asked for better communication I don’t know if I would have received it that soon.

I bought 2 swimsuits and paid express for 3-7 day delivery. Received the swimsuits 4 days late and could not try them on before my trip. Didn’t bother to ask for my express delivery return. When I finally tried them on the bottoms fit great but, the tops were too small. After reading the reviews on returns I decided better to keep the swimsuits at the very least I have something better than not getting nothing and getting headaches from returns. I honestly think the tops should be a size larger. They would have been beautiful if they had fit!

I bought 4 swimsuits from this company for choice as it’s difficulty to try on swimwear in small cubicles.One I knew couldn’t be returned as it was the end of the sale on that item. The website looked bona fide, the swimwear looked modern, attractive and good quality. I checked the email was from UK. It was, so I ordered, believing I was buying from a UK company.
The costumes arrived quite quickly, I doubt they were sent from America, They were all too small, in spite of my having measured. There were no instructions on returning the packages, so I had to email them. Their response was that they would TRY to help me return the items. Warning bells. I could parcel up the cosies and find a courier who offered a tracking service to the USA!! However that would all be at my own expense. Heaven knows how much that would cost. Another suggestion was that they would refund me 30% of the value of the goods and I could keep them all! Madness! What use is a pile of swimsuits that don’t fit?
I should have been more rigorous in examining this company’s credentials, but I feel I’ve been cheated, scammed in fact. Don’t buy from this company if there’s a possibility that you might want to return something.

This company is a fraud. Do not make purchases from this company. I have tried to get a refund for bathing suits I bought and that did not fit. I returned them unused within the return time frame. First they didn't want to accept a return; next they tried to negotiate a return price (ignoring the website guarantee for a full refund); next they finally agreed to accept the return and said a refund would appear on my form of payment within 15 days. It is now past 30 days and, no surprise, no refund. I am pestering them again to get my money back. Do not buy from this business.
