Buy elsewhere

Bought one in 2024 so it’s about 18 months old now. I would say go elsewhere and buy elsewhere. The netting is supplied in 3 pieces and the size is massively skimped on. There is not enough material to allow overlap and gaps form at the joins allowing pests to enter. Additionally, frost and sun appear to weaken the plastic clips that fix the frame together and these have gradually broken so that the various frame components fall apart. I currently have two side bars laying on the ground awaiting new clips when I get around to buying them. I expected the plastic components to last longer than 18 months. When approached about this the manufacturer was not interested and just quoted their advert that boasts that someone in the Falkland Islands has bought one. I wonder if it’s still there. I doubt it.

Mixed bag this

Mixed bag this. I made this purchase from an ad in the National Allotment Association glossy.

Follow the instructions as they state, it'll go up and it's robust. It's a cheaper than cages.

Weaknesses: non reusable ties, gaps in overlapping nets, door opening flaps and gaps, even when weighted down with a scaffold plank and paving.

Good product but poor customer service.

I bought the Walk-in Wonderwall for my allotment. It’s a very roomy 3.5 metres by 5 metres and ideal for growing a variety of vegetables and keeping a whole load of pests at bay. It wasn’t particularly difficult to build and a written set of instructions was provided. Someone else on our allotment has had one for sometime and was very impressed with it.
However…
I have only given 3 stars because I found their customer service very poor. For example I was sent an email to say it was being delivered so I replied and asked if they could provide a tracking number. I never received a reply. When actually putting up the Wonderwall one of the connectors broke so I tried to phone but the phone was “unavailable” so I sent a WhatsApp message asking for a replacement or maybe where I could purchase one. This was read but not replied to. I later sent a photo of the broken part but this was also ignored which I found very disappointing.
So if you buy one and don’t get any problems it’s well worth it but if something goes wrong I suspect you’ll be on your own.
