Customer Service Is Lacking
I placed an order with them once before and 1 of the items in my order was on back order. This delayed the shipment of my entire order for weeks. I patiently waited and did not complain. No concession was even offered for my inconvenience. I placed another order today, February 16. Hours after placing my order I received an email apologizing that my order would not ship until March 5 due to there being some items in my order on back order. I requested they ship the portion of my order that was available immediately, then ship the back ordered items once they were back in stock. They told me that they do not ship partial orders. Because of this recurrence, and them not being willing to accommodate a second inconvenience, they have lost my business. I’m tired of spending my hard earned money with businesses that don’t appreciate it. I will no longer do it.
Update as of April 18, 2026:
I foolishly placed another order on 4/10 and got the SAME result. ENTIRE shipment held up due to SOME not ALL of my items being on backorder. I had the audacity to place ANOTHER order on 4/16 with completely different items just to be told the exact same thing. So now I’m awaiting 2 orders to be shipped. This business MUST be operating out of someone’s personal kitchen or basement. And they have the nerve to be advertising/offering 1-3 day shipping on orders over $50 on their website. Both of my orders were over $50. It would seem that I’m the fool here.
