I’ve had a Wagner Furno 500 for around five years, and it has been an excellent product the whole time. It has worked flawlessly from day one.

A few weeks ago, the power cable broke, so I contacted Wagner in the hope of buying a replacement. Within a day, Kim got back to me and offered to send one free of charge, even though I didn’t have proof of purchase.

It arrived within 10 working days, and my heat gun is now working perfectly again. Outstanding customer service and a reliable product to match. Thanks again to Kim and the Wagner team.

I have a w630 paint sprayer that was used once then stored away as it isn’t something that you use all the time, Three years later I came to use it for the second time and it didn’t work it was checked and was found to be that the motor had broken. I was unable to find my receipt and so Wagner were not interested. Don’t buy, poor components that are not expected to last, wish I had bought a cheap alternative. Won’t be buying Wagner again, l expected it to last a lifetime, not one day.

I bought a spraypack unit that cost me a lot of money. After trying for the first time found out that one of the parts was faulty. Contacted the shop ( Brewers brilliant company) and they told me to contact Wagner UK. I did and after countless messages I was told that the faulty part it isn't even made from Wagner and Wagner told me to contact Brewers. I think it was a big mistake going from Graco to Wagner. Will use the unit until I replace the unit with another Graco and sell it on Ebay. Really disappointed.

They last just over 12 months with intermittent use. The warranty is as good as useless. They never pay out. The repair place even said that. Great when they work but the seals go very quickly in them

My SteamForce wallpaper stripper arrived broken- there was a gap in a seal which let all the steam out of the main body of the machine. When I emailed to see if could be repaired I was told it is irreparable and I should apply for a refund via an online link. I followed the instructions multiple times and every time I received an error message saying the application for a refund could not be processed. I have not received a refund and customer services have stopped responding. Very poor company, very poor product and very poor experience

Bought a wagner 350 M about 5 months ago to paint the outside of my house. Getting it to pressure up is a task in it self. Every time I go to re-use it it refuses to pressure up. Looked online for tips and tried every thing but still have the same problem. Won't be buying a wagner again. They have had years to sort out the problems with their machines but still sending out faulty machines. For the price of over 600 euros would expect much better from this company.

Purchased a paint sprayer of them sometime ago but after using once, I lost the plastic clip that holds the lid to the base.
The company were unable to assist with this suggested Ebay

I purchased a Wagner W950 from Paintsprayer.co.uk 2 weeks ago as my renovations were coming to an end, 2 days ago we set it up ready to start spraying all the newly plastered walls and ceilings before the carpets are fitted. Yesterday I prepare to spray, and remove the little plastic plug cover to discover the top pin of the plug is snapped clean off!
I looked on the details on the warranty card in the box there is a uk phone number that when you ring goes straight to a full box that cuts you off!
So then I emailed the company I purchased from via the order email with pictures of the broken sprayer (obviously a manufacturing fault, they ask which sprayer it is then stop replying to me!
So I’m now down a machine, the full price and unable to spray 5 full rooms with carpets arriving in 5 days!

Painted one and a half rooms with a control 150M sprayer before it started leaking from the bottom and couldn't be fixed.

When it did work the overspray is mental, fine if you want absolutely everything in the room one colour, including yourself!. Utter waste of money, stick to using a roller.

I bought a pro 350 M through Amazon and just to tell my background I am use to spraying with a compressor over many years so said I will try. The online videos looks amazing but dont be fooled.The first sprayer arrived and after a long haul of setting up it spit out rather than spraying, not good on a prepaid surface. I sent a video to Wagner support who agreed it was faulty but that's as far as the support went. Amazon sent a replacement that worked for 1 day then guess what start spitting again. I emailed Josh in Wagner again several times showing a video but totally ignored with no reply whatsoever. For the short time I got it working what stuck me is it takes a colossal amount of paint to fill the ridiculous amount of hose.Cleaning out the machine is a task and a half and through my many attempts to get this to spraying proved to be exhausting. If only I could attach a video to show my experience. Keep well clear.

Purchased a Wagner 250m Pro for a small job spraying some steel trollies with an anti-corrosion paint, a job specifically marketed as what the product was meant to do. Machine failed after the first coat, I was immediately told by Wagner UK that it wasn't covered under warranty as I'd used the wrong paint, even though it specifically states on all literature that the machine will spray the paint used. Having over a week of emailing with Wagner they've now just washed their hands of it and told me I'll have to pay them if I want it repaired, an amount that they'll confirm when they've looked at the machine, and that it will not perform the task it was specifically marketed to do. Shocking quality product, with misleading or outright lying marketing followed up with a customer service with the biggest I don't care attitude it's ever been my misfortune to deal with. Would not touch their products with a 50 foot barge pole and I would, and will advise everyone else to steer well clear.

My Wagner 150M failed just after warrenty and I got this answer: There is no spare parts for Wagner 150M - it can't be repaired.
What a poor quality product and a no customer service at all - NEVER EVER buy Wagner products!

Have emailed wagner twice now and nothing,,, bought a wagner flexio 690 from tradepoint and it was missing the air hose, they refused to do anything and told me to contact the manufacturer,, now I have to pay 37.50 and delivery lol for a £2 hose,, its a joke its a plastic hose, I will never buy wagner again...

called customer service today, went over my issue on 130 pro sprayer, they asked a few questions set me up with email, i answered their questions sent in couple pics to
verify and they email me back saying a new one was on the way. really impressed the way i was handled-
i like this 130 and use it a lot for latex applications, hose is long, the paint tub handles a gallon of paint and it lays down very even coat of paint. one little secret when the gun is clean for storage spray alittle penetrating oil at suction in the tub to oil up the piston that supplies pressure.

Looking for a simple o ring for control pro hea 350 but to no avail.might as well throw in skip .never seen such a bad back up service.they only want to sell new machines . stay well away from wagner

Worst customer service ever.
Stay away from any of their machine's- they are cheaply built all plastic and always goes wrong!

Customer service lines are bad people on the other end of the line do not want to help out and use every excuse in the books.

Called one of their sales reps after who said call back in 5 minutes I did , left a message and and has not returned my phone call.

If customer service was better rather then a couple of old guys on the Phone who think they are experts when clearly not.
They might get more reviews more then 1 star and the company will not go out of business. The way things are run there they will not be trading soon as all the competitors are much better.

Bought a wagner paint sprayer 2 years ago with a 3 year warranty. The item has only been used 5 times and is not working. I rang them up and told them it has another year left on the warranty, they don't want to know. They said it was the fence paint I was using. I told him what was used and he said you shouldn't use that make then he went on to say you can't use alot of the makes in their sprayers. Why are they not listed in the instruction booklet telling you what you can and can't use. The warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. Absolute disgrace. They are not prepared to do anything about it. Don't buy this product you are throwing your money away. Paint the fence by hand.

The manual of their product (150M) does not allow you to use the equipment correctly. There is a mistake which made that I could not use the equipment. I then contacted Wagner in The Netherlands via their website, and got a response from an unauthorized distributor (PGZ) that I would get a refund, but after sending back the equipment I got a different response from a different distributor which said I do not get my money back. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Not at all what you would expect from this expensive brand.

Had a problem extending the guarantee, contacted them got a reply saying basically hard luck, so I replied to them and just ignored me VERY BAD COMPANY!!!
