Renewing insurance for my dog and two cats is always difficult- trying to find the best value for money and, more importantly, deciding how much to insure them for because you never know what may happen. They all seem to expect +/- £250 plus 20% - 25% of the balance which is a big ask when you are already paying +:- £1000 per annum. I hope none of my pats ever need to make a claim but I can only hope WAGGEL will step up if the need arises. That said, the process of insuring with WAGGEL was straightforward and what they offer is easy to understand. Haven’t had to make a claim as yet so unable to rate their reliability.

Easy to contact, lovely lady on phone talked me through completing form in online. Pre-authourisation for scan processed quickly. First time we've had to use insurance for our dog but so good so far.

Waggle was recommended to me by a friend. The website was easy to navigate and straightforward to obtain a quote. Waggle recognise that even more mature dogs can benefit from insurance cover. Was satisfied with the experience.

Unfortunately we lost our dear Beagle Jasper on Monday after quite the battle with Cancer. Waggle have been incredibly supportive throughout and recently when claiming have been no trouble to deal with at all and despite having a backlog due increased claims cases - I feel my claims were dealt with very quickly indeed. The website is a doddle to use and updated regularly - I haven’t had the need to speak to anyone directly but email and website communications are prompt and helpful.
Will definitely be back should we decide to embark on another doggo relationship.

Same as all the other insurers. The ownership for my cat has been transferred since 2020 but has been continuously through waggle with no interruption. I took over care in 2023 and because I uttered the word to my vet that she had problems since she had entered my care covered denied as a pre-existing condition. Very poor show waggle.

I found the website informative and easy to navigate. I have tranferred from my previous contract as it was too expensive. I have found the offers of Waggel to be ideal for the coverage I was looking for. I now have my two pets covered for less than I was paying previously just for my dog. Options are good so I was able to choose the best option for my pets and for my finances.

As always. Responsive and very helpful. I only have positive comments about Waggel. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Overall excellent..

The website was easily navigated and insurance was put in place, the direct debit set up and cover began. But then the emails began, numerous emails with various details of reason to deny the claim 🤔 this has really put me off and I have cancelled the direct debit/policy 🤷🏻‍♀️ I won't pay for a service which has already told me won't pay out...

Simple, first rate, honest

Waggle are no fuss insurance offering compassion when I needed it most. Excellent service from them and I woold highly recommend them.

Overall, I have had a positive experience with this pet insurance. I never encountered any major issues when submitting claims, and my reimbursement requests were processed successfully. The claims process was straightforward, and I have generally been satisfied with the service.

However, I am disappointed by the significant increase in renewal premiums. I started my policy three years ago at approximately £50 per month. During the following years, I made only relatively modest claims, so I initially assumed that the substantial premium increases were related to those claims and did not question them.

This year, however, I did not make any claims at all, yet my renewal quote increased from around £130 to approximately £180 per month. Seeing such a large increase despite having no claims has been very disappointing.

One important point for prospective customers is that, once your pet develops a medical condition, changing to another insurer can become difficult because pre-existing conditions are often excluded from new policies. For that reason, I would encourage anyone considering this insurance to think carefully before choosing a provider. While the premiums may seem very competitive at the beginning, they can increase dramatically over time, as my experience has shown.
