I wish I had read the reviews before…

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I would not recommend this organization as they are very unethical. Customer service is also unhelpful. Their bras are varied in sizing and they are unhelpful to customers. I ordered my usual size in a sports bra and the sizing was off. I called to request for an exchange of a smaller size as it was clearly a problem with the sizing of the bra type. They said I would have to pay for shipping to return the item and then reorder a new one. I even spoke with a supervisor who said they do not provide prepaid shipping labels and customers would have to pay their own shipping even though the sizing was clearly their fault. I am completely disappointed and no ethical company would act this way. Your sizing is off; you don’t have a physical store and yet, you’re unwilling to help customers return the items? Unacceptable!!! Stay away from this company, Everyone!

Stay away

Their bras fit totally unpredictably and then you can't return them. They want you to pay the cost of shipping to return, which is the same as the cost of a bra. Very dismissive customer service too. Don't waste your money!!

wow - duties; customs; fees

Update - customer service has now confirmed that the message I received was in error and that I won't be paying any additional customs and duties. wow. you're on wacoal.ca - a canadian website but your products will ship from the US - customs, duties, tariffs, no mention of that anywhere until right at the very end when you press complete order

Misleading product representation and second-rate return policy

I bought bras from Wacoal. They just look different from the photos. The photos show padded bras, but the ones I got have no pads. Wacoal only have one return option, i.e., customers have to pay for the shipping to return them. There is also no guarantee for a full refund.

When I used the live chat to contact the customer service, they tried to gaslight me by saying that the bras I bought are unlined, and they simply give me another link and suggest me to buy other padded bras from them. I read again the entire page of the product I purchased, but, no, they never mentioned that the product is unlined or unpadded, and the photos clearly look padded.

Wacoal needs to ensure that their photos and text descriptions represent their products accurately - not misleading. They should also offer a return policy that customers have more options than to pay the shipping cost entirely, especially the return is a result of their misleading representation.

Bad experience!!!!!

Bad experience buying from their website. No free returns for Canadian customers and their sizing guide is WAY off even when I measured correctly! Too much hassle for customer to pay and return on their own. So will not buy from here again! Buyer beware!
