Really Wack indeed

I've ordered pants for a very large amount of money. First of all I was promised a message when it was delivered. I've waited longer than the promised days and still no message. Some days and unanswered emails further, they finally told me the product was on it's way. It arrived in a plastic bag from China. While opening the bag I was shocked of the quality of it. It was so cheap! Totally not looking like the pants on the pictured shown in the shop. I've messaged Wackytee that I would send this back and want a refund. Ofcourse they haven't answered yet. But the pants is allready on it's way back to them since 16 november. I know it wil arrive one of these days. I'm still waiting for an answer and want my money back.

Useless Bunch of cheats.

Do not buy from here.
Useless cheap products.
They ask you to send back goods on your own expense and when you do send the goods back there is no refund.

Poor customer service / cheats

2 September 2015 I ordered an ipadcase as a present. After a while I received the wrong case. Could hapen to everyone, so I contacted Whackydot. "No problem, we send the right case". However, at the end of November, no case. I contacted Sam fromcustomer service, who wrote the case would arrive soon. I contacted him again on 2 December and 14 December. No case and no reply! I feel Whackydot is a cheat or at least a lousy shop. Do not buy here, cause theybdo not care about their customers or a good sale!!

Bad Service

My product never arrived and they asked me to place a USPS claim, which I did. I supplied them with the claim number and was told I would get a replacement. I never received a replacement. I emailed them a couple of times and no response. I then emailed them to just give me a refund and still no response. It is now a year. I think at this point I will just place a claim with the credit card company.

So Not Cool.

I now tell everyone not to order from this site. I was given a faulty tracking number. the website for tracking says the tracking number is suppose to be 35 characters long, mine was 15....like come on. And I have not received my order yet. Im not to worried about my 40 dollars going missing Im just upset that a site could do this to people. Now that I see the reviews from this site, I wish I had never ordered from here. I emailed the company but they have no returned my email. Which seems like an on going thing. But revenge is good, cause I know a lot of people that have seen the site and wanted things from it, and I have advise them not to.... I will post the site on my Facebook aswell to make sure the word gets out about this stupid site. I think anyone who has had a bad experience about this site should do the same.

Dishonest service!

I ordered an iPad mini case and they sent me a flimsy piece of junk, which looked nothing like what I paid for. I contacted them and they assured me in an email that they would fix it and send me the right product. I waited a month. Nothing. I tried to contact them again and I was ignored. It has been 2 full months. Plenty of time to fix this problem. I do not recommend this site at all. They are dishonest.

Plantronics Bluetooth

First Bluetooth arrived, supposed to be new, was scratched and was in Mandarin. Sent complaint and was assured a new one in English would be sent which arrived today three weeks later, In good visible order and works well with one major problem the button to answer the call and end the call does not work at all and is not easy to tune the phone in. They obviously buy new but faulty equipment. I advise spend the extra and by from a proper company a new boxed and working Bluetooth.
IT GETS WORSE HAVING ASKED FOR A REFUND ON SEVERAL EMAILS THEY WONT REPLY TO ME ANYONE KNOW HOW TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION

Very disappointing customer service

I bought a play gym and mobile toy for my baby. When I placed the order I hadn't realised that this company is based in Hong Kong but because the price was good and I didn't need the items particularly quickly I was happy to wait 12 days for the delivery to arrive in London.

My baby loved the toys, however, we were both very disappointed when the mobile toy broke. I contacted customer service and they said they'd send a replacement motor. After 2 weeks it hadn't arrived and I asked them to track it. They told me there were delays because of bank holidays and to wait longer. I waited for 3 weeks before they finally admitted they didn't have tracking information because it had been sent on an economy service and that it must have been lost in transit. I think a replacement part to correct a fault should be sent using the quickest possible method. I am told that another replacement has been sent to me using the quickest possible method but this has already taken longer than 2 weeks. I am now doubting whether a replacement has ever been sent to me. My baby is upset that his toy doesn't work and we have been waiting for over 5 weeks for a replacement. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Don't waste your time with this website. Pay a few pounds extra to be covered by a guarantee closer to home.

Bad customer service

I purchased my phone case in the middle of march expecting it to arrive with in the first couple weeks of April. When it didn't arrived I called WackyDot to confirm delivery. They said that my order could not be located and a refund could be issued. I then ordered a case from Amazon (which shipped the very next day). When I asked for my refund from WackyDot they said they found the order and it should be arriving next week. I told them I no longer wanted it and I wanted to return it; this is when they stopped replying. The case arrived broken and now I can not even resell it.

Horrible. Avoid. NO customer service

Update: it has been one year and one month. No reply. I had to buy my own charger for my forth replacement jawbone as they didn't send me one. I have now plugged it in and it shorts out my computer. I am an electrician and there is nothing wrong with the charger. I've just sent my final email and am going to go down the road of legal action if they don't reply to this last one. I emailed through the site so they cannot claim it is "spam" and did not receive it.

My dispute has been going for over a year. Broken, fraudulent Fitbit, 3 times. After the third one didn't work they started to ignore me. After 50+ emails, I wrote a review. As soon as they saw the review, they miraculously replied to my emails that same day, saying they must have been going to 'spam'. They said they no longer sell fitbits but will send me a jawbone if I delete the review! It arrived with no charger so I cannot use it, so I don't even know if it works! It is also a medium when I ordered a small, so it will not fit even if it did work after I BUY a charger. They have not responded to any of my emails. The company is also based in Hong Kong, although they claim to be Canadian. Avoid. I am out $100 and a year of unanswered emails.

Never received mij order

In november 2014 I ordered a case for my mobile phone, but didn't receive it.
I contacted Wackydot and I was told that the product was sent, but could not be delivered by our postcompany, because no one was at home. So the postcompany should have returned the product.
This is very strange because our postcompany always leaves a note or deliveres at a neighbour. I didn't receive a note.
I gave Wackydot my businessadres, where there is alway someone at working hours available, so they could ship it again. I was told they would ship the case again.
This was in the beginning of December 2014. Until now, 18 januari 2015, I didn't receive anything. After contact with the company again they told me the shipment could have been either lost or delayed.
I don't believe this, so asked them to pay my money back. Since then I never heard anything from them.

Note: After paying it seemed that my payment went to a Chinese bank. I wonder if Wackydot is realy American.

Worst Experience EVER!

I purchased what was advertised as a full size American Girl doll for my daughter for Christmas. I thought I was getting a good deal at $85. After weeks of it not arriving, I checked the mailbox the day before Christmas, and there was a MINI doll. The company's response was that there had been a pricing mistake and it should have been $25.

I have not received a credit and it has been over 2 weeks. I had to go out on Christmas Eve and get my daughter a gift. I've now gotten her the doll through American Girl, but thanks to Wacky Dot, have paid over $200 for it.

Bait and switch BooKBook

Firstly, the company infringes on international copyrights by selling knock-offs,
secondly, counterfeits packaging to resemble genuine articles, using copyrighted logos,
thirdly, advertises prices in local currency on Google "Sponsored advertising in Australian Dollars, then however bills the same amount in US$ at a premium so customers are faced with additional costs.

Horrible Customer Service!

I purchased 2 IPhone 5c cases. One was fine and the second was a wrong color. Should be easy to fix right? Wrong...not with WackyDot. I contacted customer service through email and "[name]" replied. He asked for a picture to verify that a wrong color was sent. I sent the picture and he indicated it indeed was wrong and he'd contact the warehouse to send me the correct item. Well guess what I never received the item and now "[name]" won't respond to my text. It's been over 2 months since my initial order. Buyer beware I don't trust them and wouldn't buy anything ever from them again.

Terrible site! sent two dis-functional otterbox cases! even after they assured me the second case would be checked! probably cause the cases are fake! after 2 months of exchanges, lost packages and poor products i asked for a refund which 2 weeks later i still have not received! terrible service!!
