West4Plumbing are the best plumbers I have ever worked with , they are technically brilliant, the pipe layout for our new boiler they supplied was a work of art. Very conscientious, polite and tidy. Alfie did some work for my elderly mother and was very patient and did rush, hugely appreciated!
Very reasonable prices for both parts and labour, who said you can no longer find descent London plumber!

When our boiler started to give signs of imminent breakdown, I was recommended West 4 Plumbing. Alfie immediately came to have a look, gave us sound advice and sent us a quote which compared favorably to the other firms we contacted. The work was carried out a couple of days later to our entire satisfaction. When I had difficulties with the Nest thermostat, Alfie came back to help me set it right after his day's work. I have no hesitation recommending West 4 to anyone looking for an honest, courteous and efficient plumber.

Alfie is fantastic. He has completed a few jobs for us and each time the work has been to a very high standard. Recently we required an examination of our boiler which was completed efficiently and professionally. In the second job we requested a repair to a gas hob in an appartment we rented out . Alfie pointed out that repairing the hob would not meet legal requirements and advised we replaced it. As the hob was built in I felt a bit overwhelmed about how I would find a suitable replacement however Alfie volunteered to take the measurements and search internet sites to find a suitable replacement!! By the end of the day he emailed me options and we agreed choice which was much cheaper than if I had to chose myself. Within days Alfie was back to fix the hob. The hob looked great , was up to date and fitted the space perfectly!! What more can we say - a consummate professional and a gentleman- highly recommend.

Alfie replaced a broken (jammed) “push button” plug in a bathroom sink, and also replaced a toilet flushing mechanism which had always been difficult to use - these were both fiddly jobs.
I was very happy with Alfie’s work - definitely recommended!

Alfie did an absolute amazing job on my broken boiler. The job was so complicated as there were so many problems with it but he managed to finish the job and finished it fast! I would absolutely call him again if i’ve got any other problems that need to be fixed. I would absolutely recommend Alfie if you need the job getting done as quick as possible.

Alfie was fantastic! He came bright and early to fix our boiler and informed us of the root of the issue and fixed it promptly. He was professional and also explained what we needed to do in order for this not to happen again. He cleaned up very well and left the space cleaner than what it was when he arrived! Had an emergency due to a pipe leak from one of my flat’s radiators, Alfie was at my place in less than 15 minutes during a Saturday’s afternoon rush hours (4 miles away from my flat) and within 40 minutes the emergency was over. It takes a lot for someone to impress me but certainly not this time. I used him for a second job too and can say that if you want piece of mind don’t think twice and call him.

Very Efficient and an Exceptional job done.

Had problem with a Keston boiler which few plumbing companies would not even want to look at.
After having two different plumbers and paying over £600 for parts and labour, boiler would still not fire up. After given up hope, a month on immersion heating and NO central heating i came across West 4 Plumbing & Heating that offered no call out charge after explaining the nightmares we went through.
Alfie called in the next day and worked the magic patiently and professionally.
He was able to identify and fix the problem in just 2 hours.
Highly recommended and I would definitely use again.

I used West4 to inspect my boiler. I emailed them and within 2 hours someone turned up. The gentleman called Alfie was very instructive and he advised that the boiler I am using is reaching its life limit. However, He suggested that it had a couple of years still in it and there was no need to splash the cash just yet. He fixed the hot water flow in no time and charged a very reasonable fee.
I’m very glad I’ve come across these guys and will use them in the near future without hesitation.

I have used Alfie and the team for various jobs about the house, including plumbing, painting and electrical work. They are always very good; finding solutions to my problems. The work is always of a good standard; they are efficient and clean.
