We in Seychelles purchased a xentry software laptop and multiplexer for over 600 USD. From the time we received the item it has not worked. We have been in a constant battle with the company for a year trying to sort out the problem. Today 13th February 2026 they have told us that there is a driver's conflict and that they cannot resolve it by dialling in using TeamViewer. They are now asking us to purchase a new hard drive with new software to solve the issue. Out of goodwill we have asked them to send us the new harddrive as a goodwill gesture and they have refused. I am asking all technician around the word not to order from this company as they are selling counterfeit goods and there after service is not genuine. Don't get scammed out like we did. We need to teach the Chinese that we are not fools.

The order and installation process was seamless. Highly recommend and look forward to future business!

I have placed two order with VXDAS, though i am from Yemen and my country in war but VXDAS accepted my orders and arranged the delivery and shipment, the VXDAS staff were keen to keep following my order and they are responsive. Exactly got what I ordered, excellent customer service after purchase.

Very knowledgeable and straight up business. I am very very happy with the product and support I received. It's no small undertaking to master these computer interfaces in some cases archaic interfaces. Rest assured they have it under wraps. I could not find local help outside of bending over for a dealer that would probably not want to help me on a 25 year old truck. I have high respect for VXDAS for their professionalism and trustworthiness. I don't have words to elevate them any higher. I am very happy with the experience.

Bought a PIWIS 2 clone from them. Received it fast. There was a problem with activating the VCI hardware. They were very accommodating, selected a time and their tech logged in to my PC to validate and activate the license.

I've bought several thousand dollars worth of equipment from VXDAS. They orders have always been fulfilled promptly, arrived on time, undamaged.

Several times I have asked for their help installing software for me (Consult, Techstream & CG100X). They have always been able to do the installs remotely for me, promptly and without any problems.

I had the same problem. The software they sold me doesn't do anything they claim. Despite contacting me numerous times, they told me it's the same and they can't do it, but in our previous correspondence, I was told all of these features were already installed.

Great support also aftersales. Very responsive and polite. And most important: very professional and helpful. Thanks a lot.

After chatting with them about a product which they said is good. After payment, they told me the product is out dated and switched me to another!
Bad experience as I lost my time fighting for refund and lost $210 for overseas banking transaction charges!!

i bought software and PSA hardware, this was for an old peugeot 406.so i loaded software, the connection to the ODB unit was via Bluetooth, This is where the unit failed, my pc would pick up other bt devices but not the PSA. i had numerous conversations about the fault but they were not interested in solving the problem so i have given up. the real irony is that the unit price is around 50 dollars with shipping it would have been so easy to send another unit and i would have no been singing their praises, but all they did was stall and frustrate me till i gave up,
