Tried to discuss charges made to my Bank Account and spoke to Asha who was most unhelpful. Tried to explain the reason for the call but she would not listen.
Asked how to make a complaint but told we could not.
When we asked to speak to a supervisor we were told that someone would contact us in the next 72 hours!

On dear. I had a service plan with this organisation. I got carried away when I saw another VW group car for sale and bought it.Great. That is until I rang to cancel the Service Plan. Stupid, no consequence customer me had not read the bottom of the welcome letter. No refund if cancelled. I LOST EIGHT MONTHS' PAYMENTS. No leeway, no consideration of loyalty, YOU LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY. It's in writing and, "it should have been made clear when you started the plan". Just be aware, you pay into a money grabbing scheme should you decide to buy another of their vehicles. Put your hard earned money into the bank or, better still, another suppliers plan, or vehicle even.
