My shipment from VVSochBad was sent but…

My shipment from VVSochBad was sent but nothing has been delivered. The tracking function on the company website does not work and there is no way to get in contact with the company apart from their customer portal.
The expected responce time from their customer service is 11 to 12 days
Horrible, I will never order from them again...

när du inte kan spåra ditt paket kan det mycket väl bero på ett fel i spårningsnumret.
Det är ju spårningar som vi själva får skickade från distributörerna. Och nej, lugn – det tar varken 11 eller 12 dagar att få svar från vår kundservice :-)
Jag kan också se att min kollega har svarat dig angående ärendet och informerat dig om försändelsen.
Till en eventuell annan gång kan du på din orderbekräftelse se vilka varor som finns i lager och vilka som är restnoterade.

Easy installation

Could easily install what I ordered, the delivery charges n the charges for initiating a return are high though! Otherwise good experience 🙂

Terrible customer support from Kristoffer

Terrible customer service from an employee called Kristoffer. I placed an order in the evening for an actuator, and the next morning I realized that I also wanted to add a valve. I contacted customer support to ask them to add the valve to my order so that I wouldn't have to place another order (because shipping is 100 SEK and the valve costs 150), and the response was curt, unhelpful, and not at all customer-oriented. I have rarely experienced anything like this, and I hope this person is not the one handling your inquiries.

Further Reply to company's response: As you mentioned, in some instances you can cancel the order so the customer can place a new one - the order was placed in the evening and I reached out for support the next morning when i realized I need to add the valve for the product (customer support was supposedly be provided by the employee Kristoffer) and it's hard to believe that I did not get any customer support and just a hard reply because the order was 'already packed'. He had not even had his coffee by that time and there is no way this would have been packed during the night, I mean.. anyway, thanks for the generic reply!

we’re sorry that you feel you did not receive good customer service from us. Unfortunately, you haven’t provided your order number, so I cannot see the correspondence, but often the intention and tone can easily be misunderstood in writing.
To clarify regarding your original request to us, it is not possible for us to add items to an existing order.
This causes issues with invoicing, and we also cannot guarantee that all items will ship from the same warehouse.
In some cases, we can cancel the order so the customer can place a new one, but once that is no longer possible because the order is being packed, there is little we can do if the customer did not order everything the first time.

Updated: Hi, yes, we also pack orders in the evening and at night, so it is more than likely :-) So yes, half a day is almost always too long a timeframe for us to be able to cancel orders, considering our fast delivery time, which most of the positive reviews are about.

Terrible customer service

This is one of the worst shops I've ever encountered, my advice is to just skip this one and buy your stuff elsewhere.
After placing a rather big order nothing happened for weeks, seems that 2 out of the 40 items I've ordered weren't in stock and they waited until everything was complete without informing me. The promised delivery time of 2-3 days on the website is an illusion. After asking them to send my good a.s.a.p. since I really needed them I got a first partial delivery.
Half of the good was damaged, some quite badly, because they just stacked the entire order in one pile. All the items in bottom had 'transport' damage.
Here's where the real nightmare started, contacted customer service. By phone they refuse to help you, that's only for sales. If you have any aftersales issues, you need to contact them via their own portal. They promise a response time of 4-5 days. So some basic negotiation about a decent refund took weeks. When finally getting an agreement, they went silent. We agreed on a partially refund and some new parts to fix the damaged items. But they just ghost me. I'm waiting for weeks without any respond. Unable to call them, getting no feedback online, and they don't have a physical store to look them up.

My advice, avoid this place like hell!

we apologize for the poor experience you had shopping with us.
There's no doubt that it took too long to get responses to your inquiries, for which my colleague has also apologized. I can see that you are in a good conversation about the agreed refund. Regarding the other issues you mention, it is indeed correct that a couple of the items were back-ordered, which was also indicated in your order confirmation.
As a rule, we send items together unless you inform us that you wish for a partial delivery. This is standard practice.
And the expected delivery time of 2-3 business days usually holds, unless, of course, there are items not in stock, or there are delays in transportation.
It's unfortunate when there's transport damage to the goods - it also creates extra work for us, so it's obviously frustrating.
And yes, we clearly show our procedures for contacting us, whether it concerns an inquiry before a purchase or a question about the order after your purchase. There, we kindly ask that customers follow these procedures for a quick response and assistance.
We make sure to follow up on the case thoroughly, so it can end satisfactorily. Kind regards

One of the worst customer services ever

One of the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced. Returned an item unopened in original packaging exactly how it was shipped to me. Put my shipping label over theirs. Item was damaged on return and they charged me the full amount of the item for putting a label on the box over theirs and for not repackaging the items more securely though it was shipped exactly as they shipped it to me. Slow to respond to communications, little to no information exchange. Just saying you’re wrong we are right. I will never order from them again and will make sure anyone I know knows about their poor service and double standards. Good luck as a company…

Problems with delivery and bad customer support

We bought a bathtub from this website with different components and accessories to be delivered.

The bathtub arrived quite quickly, but the delivery company did not want to deliver the bathtub upstairs to our apartment. We then realized that the website tells that the goods are going to be left on the ground floor, still, I think that this information is not visible enough.

Another part of the bathtub, the front panel, was expected to arrive on the 10th of January but arrived about 2 weeks later. This panel did not have any installation instructions. I have contacted VVSochBad support but they do not want to help me. They rather recommend contacting the manufacturer !?!?!
