After numerous phone calls, despatched photos and emails spanning 9 weeks, I have still not got a quote. Frankly I have have never encountered such slothful and rude sales administration. I finally contacted one of their competitors, and within half an hour we are on our way to a coated pathway. Somebody senior in the company needs to get a heavy boot behind a lazy pair of managers.
