KEEP YOUR CAR AWAY FROM THEM!

They book for you a rendez-vous in a workshop for 72€ and, at the end, you have to pay 300€ .
The ad stated a payment of €72 for a decarbonization, but in the end, it was necessary to systematically change the oil filter and engine oil after the decarbonization. Wroomly assured me that it was a special cleaning (with hydrogen?) using a special machine, but it was only a traditional decarbonization with engine overheating. I ended up with a bill of €300!!!"

The worst service you can get

The worst service you can get, you reserve a slot to get your car repaired, you choose the category of the service for your appointment, and then the repair guy automatically perform the service no question asked without any diagnosis. I had all my brake disks and brake pads replaced just because I checked the brakes/pads category when I reserved the appointment. The repair guy replaced all 4 disks/pads and told me that if I came directly to him without the vroomly app it would have cost me much less because I needed only to change one disk.
