I've followed Voyage Prive for years…
I've followed Voyage Prive for a few years but never been in a position to take an offer, until recently. I found the comms helpful, friendly, and very efficient when I had questions about the offer and when purchasing. We enjoyed a great night in London at a very expensive hotel at a fraction of the price, so thank you Voyage Prive... hopefully I'll be able to take advantage of another deal soon!

Appalling customer care
Booked a trip with my daughter to Uzbekistan. Paid in full. Packed our bags, ready to go. Checked in with the airline on line. 14 hours prior to the flight taking off I got an email saying VP had cancelled the holiday due to their Uzbekistan partner letting them down. Offered 100% refund or 110% compensation. No alternative holiday offered, no apology, no explanation, no compensation, just a pushy email requiring me to accept the refund, which would be credited to my account within 14 days! Multiple unhelpful and rude phone conversations with their “customer care” department yielded nothing. Not their fault they maintained as their partner let them down. I confirmed my contract was with them and not their partner, my daughter had lost her only holiday of the year and given the escalation in travel costs due to the Iran war, we now could not afford an equivalent holiday at such short notice. I told VP that I was raising a complaint with ABTA. At this point they acknowledged that they did owe us compensation of a mere £100 each, on a holiday which cost £2400. Shocking customer care, no apology. Avoid booking with this company. It will mess you around and doesn’t give a damn. You never get to speak to the same person in customer care, you get a generic email address, there is no way to escalate the issue or speak to a manager. Spend your money elsewhere.

The cancellation was due to circumstances beyond our control, and while we understand how disappointing this was, unpredictable supplier behaviour can, on rare occasions, occur. Our teams followed the applicable process and worked to provide the refund and compensation available in line with the terms of the booking, and we sincerely regret that this experience fell short of expectations. We have also taken note of your comments regarding communication and will continue to review how we support customers during future disruptions of this nature.

Been o. Quite a few trips with Voyage and not been disappointed tbh
I love the little extras they give you with free 30 min massage in hotel, was bit disappointed when we found they only did the one person per couple it would have been really nice if we both shared that experience

Tiny Rooms
I have booked with Voyage Privee numerous times & found the holidays great.
However, this time we booked Athena Pallace Village , in Halkidiki.
I am already aware that 5star in Greece - is not 5star ( it’s 4) - so I expected the hotel to be nice - but not luxurious.
The hotel is all good - but the BIG problem with this hotel - is that it sells its rooms as Junior Suites. However, we were put into a small standard room - with tiny bathroom ( my legs nudged the shower whilst on the loo ) . It also promises garden views - our view was of the service entrance - the tree apparently classes it as a garden.
This hotel is miss selling purposely, if you are looking for a nice room - with a pretty view - do not book this hotel .
The plus side is- the staff are delightful. The buffet is delicious.
Sadly - the restaurant view looks out onto a car park - so again - don’t book this hotel for its views.
I no longer trust Voyage Privee & will not book again with them.

Easy booking but NO support once we had…
Easy booking but NO support once we had arrived and had the worst holiday experience. Even escalated to the founder and got a standard customer response and provided no refund even though we had to check out of our 7 day all inclusive suite on the 2nd day.

This was my first booking with Voyage…
This was my first booking with Voyage Prive. I was very pleased with the whole process. Easy to book. Great prices.
Kep informed via email at each stage if the booking. Had all the information we needed. Easy to understand.
Met the transfer rep easily. The transfer did take 3 hours because if traffic but exhausting at the end of our long day travelling and not made easier by the fact we weren't allowed any food or drink on the bus.
The hotel was lovely with excellent food choices. One of the best I've experienced.
Really enjoyed the aqua aerobics and lots of other activities on offer.
The evening entertainment was good too although mainly geared towards the Spanish.
The location was good for shops and the beach.
