I began working with VOX Funding in August of 2025, and my experience with them has been consistently positive and customer-focused from day one. Even after closing on my initial loan, they made it very clear that if I ever found myself in a position where I needed assistance — whether that meant adjusting payments or requesting temporary relief — I should reach out and they would do their best to work with me.

When I did find myself needing support, I was assisted by Larry. He took the time to listen to my situation and walked me through the process. Yes, you do need to be cooperative and provide the documentation their back office requires for review, but that’s to properly assess your request. After completing the audit, they came back with a very fair reduction that genuinely helped stabilize my cash flow and preserve my reserves during a challenging period.

I know many business owners can be hesitant about this type of funding because it can feel cash-intensive. However, my experience with VOX has been that they are professional, transparent, and genuinely willing to work with you — as long as you are honest and proactive about your circumstances.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend this company to any business owner looking for additional capital to support operations or manage expenses. My experience has been that they stand behind their commitment to customer service and relationship.

BEWARE!!!!! I strongly caution you against conducting any business with VOX FUNDING! Our company recently had an extremely negative experience with them, and based on their actions, we believe their business practices are deeply deceptive.

Our Point of contact at Vox Funding was Linda. She made certain agreements and assurances regarding the terms of our arrangement. Following this, Vox Funding moved to execute the UCC filing to collect on the balance on the account including the exuberant amount of interest (oh wait, they don't call it interest or a loan either). However, unbeknownst to us and contradicting Linda's communication, we subsequently discovered that Vox Funding's management was simultaneously reaching out directly to our client. Saying that our company was not in communication with Vox Funding seeking any payment arrangements.

This contradictory and underhanded behavior from both our contact and their management demonstrates a significant lack of transparency and trustworthiness.

Adding to our concerns, the broker who facilitated our agreement with Vox Funding also engaged in what we now know as outright lies and deceit throughout the sign-up process. This further eroded our confidence in the integrity of individuals associated with Vox Funding.

Looking back on our dealings with Vox Funding, we strongly regret our decision to choose Vox Funding for our capital needs. Based on our experience, we would unequivocally advise you to thoroughly explore alternative funding options and exercise extreme caution if you are considering any engagement with Vox Funding.

Worse company on the planet. Best not ever fall behind, they refuse to work with you. Their greed and lack of customer service is amazing.

The customer service has been phenomenal! Lawrence Sidoti and Casey Ignizio have always worked with me and given me the flexibility needed when needed and have always made me feel like a valued client. I have done business with them for about 4 yrs now and I will continue to work with them. They are very supportive of my small business as a medical provider. I am truly grateful.

Vox funding I would say has been part of my business family since 2019 to current meaning I have been with them a long time and look at them as great business loans. It’s been smooth and easy and they are always very very easily able to get a hold of. I would recommend them to any small business that needs help getting some working capital that is for sure. Keep up the great work guys!

Very fast, easy to deal with

These people logged into my bank account, sent a contract. I was told that I would be receiving a call to go over the terms of the contract. I did receive the call and was told everything was a go and that the money would be transfered into my account. After a day and a half I called the broker and he said he would find out what was going on. He did follow up with me and told me that VOX Funding didn't want to fund. Remind you that VOX didn't make the call!!!! I even received a e-mail FROM VOX welcoming me to the family. What a joke...... Beware of VOX's tatics.... They have wasted my time and showed me that all they care about is VOX. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

So, you are blaming the underwriter. But when we did the follow up call, Vox stated I should see the money in my account the next day. So again, it's not the job of the underwirter to call about a decision that Vox Funding makes. I've own my company for over nine (9) years, and if I make a decision that would affect my customer I personally as the owner call my customer. I find it sad that every negative review that you have you have stated it's a unprompted review, maybe if you would own your mistakes I would rewrite the review. But, because you don't want to own your mistakes prospective customers should know your unability to own your mistakes.
