I just bought a voucher on 7/1 and never received the voucher. Now I saw people saying website is closed for 2 days and they actually asked money from back on 7/6. So now I have to file a report to get my momeny back.

They don't even deserve 1 Rating . It feels like a scam, 2 times in a row. I would recommend it to nobody. We got a room in Hamburg next to an elevator 【nights were catastroph, always noises】and we never got the Hotel we wanted in Florenz. The room we had in Florenz was mehh..... So i would recommend you to either book Airbnb or just book a Voucher direkt from Hotels.. You wont be frustrated...

Your website is not working properly. I constantly experienced credit card errors in purchases. It accepts the credit card after 3-4 tries. (same card, same information) Also, your web page's filtering is bad. I cannot search for a hotel as I want.

The vouchers from Voucherland are the best deals that one can get for couples or partner. I helped me a lot for the bookings that were to be done for my parents visit in Europe.

That's easy enough to buy a voucher, even for people like me who doesn't understand a word in German. So, very simple.

the company contacted me to thank me for the purchase, which is kind of a nice gesture. Beside that, the offers are very good if you want to save some money as a tourist and I believe everyone can find some deal which suits his/her needs. :)

It was amazing experience: easy to buy, very interesting proposition, fast delivery.

I like this service because it gives an opportunity to stay in a hotel several times cheaper than if you will book it through this hotel's system. At least it works with A&O hotel net. The procedure of a coupon purchase and its redeem is quite transparent (for A&O hotels). For other hotels nets I can't be so optimistic because the price I feel is the same as if you will book it by any aggregator.

I bought 5 vouchers for an incredible discount of 70% on an hotel group. I will keep an eye on further similar discounts. Do you have a forward service ? :)
