I have contacted voucher codes several times regarding vouchers that I didn't receive.just goes round & round in circles.i made several purchases during and eBay promotion when it was still £5 purchase to qualify for reward. I have been fibbed off & told that purchases didn't qualify when they did. Not happy I've missed out the maximum voucher allowance for that month ,may. I'm waiting again to hear back from them ☹️

I am still fairly new to VoucherCodes but am really pleased with the VIP experience. I do wish, however, that the increase from a £5 spend had been set at £10 rather than £15 to get the reward.

This site is very good.
You can find some really good codes if your about to purchase something and if that retailer happens to be a VIP retailer you can get that towards your free voucher & you only need 2 purchases per month to get a voucher to spend where you would like to spend it.

I had a good experience with…
I had a good experience with VoucherCodes until last year but from this year it is getting too time consuming to get any vouchers in my account as my transaction are not getting tracked automatically. I am placing the order through the link but somehow they are not getting tracked and every time I have to contact the customer service to check my transactions. This process takes too long (2-12 weeks) as I have to provide them proof of my orders with all the details and then they get back to me after verifying with the company. I get my vouchers eventually but after few weeks of back and forth emails!

Extremely pathetic transaction verification process. Would take ages and customer service work at the pace of snails . The app itself is trash. Would never recommend anyone to waste their time and money on this shady business
