It's a mixed bag for this company
It's a mixed bag for this company. My purchases are either tracked perfectly with no issues but on the other hand. I do need to keep a note of all my purchases as there is at least an issue with x 1 purchase not tracking.
Email responses are mixed too and at times you do get duplications of the same replies from the same email yet the email has only been sent once. However on the whole it's a good scheme who doesn't love receiving a reward when you're having to spend money!

In several occasions I have logged in via your app and when selecting the Trip app (VIP) it has Not recognise a transaction has been made. In June I missed the 2 transactions means a £5. Disappointing not sure what I am doing wrong😞
