Mike was able to help me with getting my order redelivered to me. Even fixed my address issue which was the cause of this whole experience however even though I was anxious mike helped me multiple times and as someone who knows what it's like to be on the other side and assisting customers, I'm truly grateful for people like Mike. I've had a Emove Cruiser since 2021 and put over 2,000 miles on it. From time to time I've needed to get spare parts or upgrades. These guys run an awesome shop (virtually). They have videos on how to fix things, and are super helpful over chat. I just got a replacement rear fender ordered. Ronnel was incredibly helpful ensuring I ordered the correct part for my model number

After owning the Emove Cruiser for six years, I'm switching back to a thumb throttle instead of a twist. Ronnel was excellent in helping me get the right one for the 2020 Cruiser. Yes, it's in great working order and still a pleasure to ride. Ronnel sent me an invoice with link to order. Voromotor has the best customer service anywhere.

When it comes to VoroMotors spare parts, I am really disappointed that their products are always out of stock. I haven't left VoroMotors because customer service always meets my needs. i just hate wasting time in talking to customer service when it can easily be avoided if spare parts were in stock. Anyways, today I was helped by Ronnel, who was very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. He even went above and beyond in asking questions about my scooter and what other issues it had as well. If it wasn't for Ronnel, I would ditch VoroMotors with a car or some other scooter company that actually has the parts when needed and wouldn't take years to get shipped. Thank you, Ronnel, for helping me out and solving other issues I had in mind.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, absolutely terrible staff and they will ship you something that is defective from in and out please don’t trust this company with your life they will give you something that will kill you I’ve ran into issues after issues and I promise there are plenty of better companies then this terrible store please pass on VOROMOTORS they are a bunch of scammers and I promise you’ll be very upset with any purchase from this company.

well Ronnel was excellent, i felt like he offered good service, volunteered advice, was personable, gave discounts where he could give them, tried and made attempts and effort in answering my questions and seemed patient with me. was able to relate because he has the same product that i was purchasing so we can share information about the product because he has experience with it instead of ...well not. That makes him a better rep.
