Voogmechic Reviews

Amazing quality, and customer service

Absolutely stunning I love them

I have purchased multiple items from them and never had any issues! They communicate well, are professional and friendly. Tracking updates provided and never had issues.

Their jewelery is of high quality, brilliant shine, and durable. Highly recommend!

After 39 days, I did finally receive the necklace. It is very pretty, which I knew it would be since this is the 4th time I have ordered from this company. However, I will no longer order anything else because now the trust is gone.

I was a bit skeptical at first after disappointment with a few other moissanite online retailers, but wow the stones from Voogmechic sparkle and the quality of craftsmanship is top marks.
They also have a great choice of designs if you prefer classic design jewelry, vintage style or very modern and trendy.
The customer service is also great - answered all my questions promptly and in the best professional and friendly manner. I will be purchasing more!

Always beautiful jewelry, I've never been disappointed in a piece

The best aspect of purchasing from a reputable company is the quality of its products. I bought a 2 stone moissanite pair of earrings for my aunt, and I think she is going to love them. She was robbed a few months ago, and I am trying to replace her pieces. Voogmechic is helping me to do that with gifts that are brilliant and don't break the bank. Thank you!

The jewelry from this company is exceptional! The moissanite is top line and a cut above other moissanite sellers I’ve purchased from! I have several pieces that I have worn consistently with no issues of fading or dulling. Shipping is expeditious and merchandise protection is quite acceptable. I’ve never returned anything but I believe that would be handled professionally, as they follow up with emails regarding the shipping experience and to gauge my assured satisfaction. I highly recommend this company’s products.

Great experience! Beautiful product (I bought a ring).
The Support team very kind and very quick in answering to my request.

I am so thrilled I received my 14kt gold 2kt moissanite diamond engagement ring today and it is amazing gorgeous. I got it in the time they told me I would get the ring so I was pleased with that too. I connected with the service dept and they replied back to me right away so that was a plus’s too. All in all I am soooo happy with my purchase and I will be buying again. Thank you for doing an amazing job with my ring!!!

I've bought 3 Moissanite rings from Voogmechic and they've all been beautiful. They've all been delivered promptly and correctly. No complaints here at all!

I recently purchased a moissanite diamond cross pendant and am highly impressed by its superior quality and beauty. The sparkle of the diamonds is stunning. I recommend this site to anyone looking for similar items. Since getting the cross pendant, I’ve also bought the matching cross bracelet, and I love it as well.

I ordered a gold moissanite ring and a set of moissanite earrings! Absolutely beautiful and so sparkly!!! One of the earrings wasn’t quite right and Voogmechic took care of me and sent a replacement set. Excellent customer service! I do plan to order from Voogmechic again soon, there is a bracelet I have my eye on!

I have purchased several beautiful pieces of jewelry from Voogmechic and each one was exactly as described. When I needed to exchange an item because I bought the wrong size their customer service was excellent and made the exchange simple and quick. Their customer service is the best!

I have several rings and earrings from this company. All are exceptionally nice, the quality is fabulous, I have no problems with the prongs, etc. I always test my stones and they really are Moissanite. I have a horse farm and I don't take my rings off so they really get put through a lot. All I have to do is wash my hands with soap and water and they come out bright clear and sparkly. I almost never have to clean them! I tried a few other companies and the quality just is not there . All of my future purchases will be from Voogmechic!

5 Star! Quality is beyond beautiful! You will not be disappointed! Best decision!

I received this in the mail. It is absolutely stunning. I am so happy I purchased it. The price was right. I put it on a different chain. It’s exquisite. I’m thrilled if anybody loves jewelry and bling. You definitely wanna purchase from here. In fact I have bought other things from here now that I think of it and they’re like one of my favorite pieces.

The diamond stud earrings are beautiful. They sparkle better than my real diamonds.
These earrings elevate your look.
They stand out without being too much.
The screw backs make them secure.
The customer service was on point. Great experience from beginning to end.
