Sadly I did not read the reviews before I ordered. A good price on 24 AAA batteries. Did not receive the order. Emailed them to ask if it had been dispatched - no response.
As others have said AVOID this company.
Ordered a job lot of batteries at a reasonably competitive price - and paid through PayPal.
10 days later I’d heard nothing - despite the delivery date having been and gone. I emailed to check status and got no reply.
Left it another week, emailed again - still no delivery, no response. No contact number to speak to anyone either.
At this point I then asked PayPal to investigate - they contacted the seller and gave them a deadline to reply....which came and went with no reply.
In short, they appear to take payments and then not dispatch items or indeed respond to any communication. Avoid at all costs - pay a little more and get a more reputable supplier.
Wrong goods sent, no communication. Different items delivered to the ones I ordered almost 4 weeks after the order was placed. These items are not fit for purpose. I have e mailed, phoned, tried to return the order on the web page (request deleted) and tried to contact via the web page message board several times but there has been no response. I would not recommend using this company.
They do not respond to messages and it's impossible to get in touch. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
