Sent the wrong goods, refused to reimburse - fraud
Hi, I ordered a pair of Salomon sport shoes to a very good price from this German speaking site. I should have suspected something already when paying as they accpeted only credit card and not Paypal.
Got a confirmation message back and tracking link to China post. Shoes came 10 days later, but it was the the wrong model and the wrong size.
Contacted them and they accpeted they had made a mistake after I sent photos. However they did not want me to send the shoes back to China and suggested they would refund 15% which in this case would be like 10 euros. I explained that the size they sent was smaller than I ordered so they were useless to me but they still refused to take them back with weird explanations that the shoes would get lost in transport, that the return fees I (!) needed to pay were high and that I probably even needed to pay customs fee for sending something to China. Useless to argue that I was under the impression of ordering from Germany so in any logic I would return them there. They didn't even think that it would be normal that they pay the return fee as it was their mistake. All communication happens with them pasting Chinese into Google translate or some other tool without understanding how to formulate in a way that it manages to translate into something coherent, so even from communications standpoint its like you donöt know whether you should laugh or cry...
So this is clearly not a serious business, and I strongly recommend to net let yourselves be fooled and frauded like I was. Stay away from them.
