Let's get rid of Volkswagen
Wow, where do I start from?
I'm disgusted at the level of service that Volkswagen provide as part of their package as an absolute.
I will be advising my 500k followers on social media platforms never to part cash with Volkswagen UK 00514809.
A vehicle that was meant to be delivered for the 2nd of September 2018 is now being delivered for the 17th of October 2018.
I contacted Ms Alison Jones (director of Volkswagen UK) Ms Jones couldn't be bothered to look into my complaint, thus she sent it down to the customer relations team - I was contacted by Ms Meera Chand (customer relations manager) I was hoping that this situation was going to be dealt with professionalism, rather Ms Chand wanted to close this matter so promptly that she actually offended me by making me feel how the dealership made me feel- undervalued!
She was so adamant that the sales teams at Alan Day (City) have not made a single mistake- they gave us a document stating the vehicle will be delivered within a certain date and then changed their mind and by miracle they added another 45 days.
Ms Chand further added that the vehicle has been at the dealership since the 28th of September, so Alan Day (city) has made me wait 2 weeks for no reason when they could have told me to come and pick up the vehicle.
what a bloody joke!
I ordered a Volkswagen Tiguan (nothing special) which took 4 months to be delivered when I was advised it would take less than 3 months for delivery.
I can honestly say this was the first and the very last time myself my friends and family would be dealing with Volkswagen as an absolute.
When you have the management team that have no business ethics no morals how would it resonate through the pecking order? Hmmm
Come on people let's get Volkswagen off our streets, and replace them with reputable German vehicle manufacturers!
