Fast delivery!

Everything fine so far. Received fast.

So slow. Took over a week to arrive. And it says delivery time 1-2 days

I change the review because I received the package and the problem was originally from DHL.
But the communication to find a solution with the Farmacy was null until I wrote here. I bought some products. Something like 60€ online. DHL didn't send the QR code to pick it up from the Packstation and I sent 2 emails and nobody answered. I called them as well and a woman hung up the phone when I was explaining my situation. She did not do any effort to understand or find an alternative solution to our communication.
The lack of communication made me feel scared about my money and my products. No communication at all or hung up the phone when you have a problem is not a good customer service at all.
Now that I could manage alone to have my products (in the last day before the products go back to the store, at 5 am before going to work, missing one S-bahn and delaying my arrival to my job), I am satisfied with the products.
But I am not sure to buy again here. The help was null to -5 after the call.

Ordered multiple times and am satisfied! It has the Best prices of all pharmacies for the same products. It has always given little gifts for each order I have done. The customer service is on top, and they always give you a good solution. Recommend 100/10!!!

I need to contact with the manufacturer of this product. I am using this product since last 1 year and I don’t see any development of my hair but the hair fall is stopped but there is no improvement of new hair growth.

A waste of time

The advertisement indicated 90 tablets, but nowhere di it say that one must take three a day - in ther words they implied 90 days' supply, but delivered only 30 days' supply.

So I simply sent them right back

I ordered some things from them,and after 6 day's i got my money back without any explain! Definitely not recommended.

I have have waited for my packet for a week and after I called their costumer service I was told my order number is not available and they cannot do anything. I hope Paypal can refund my money.
