Incredible poor travel agent
Incredible poor travel agent. I booked a direct flight from Singapore to Bali (2.5 hours). Couple of days before departure I received the message that my flight was changed from direct (2.5 hours) to a overnight stop in Kuala Lumpur (18 hrs). Obviously, I cancelled my flight and now need to wait 2-3 months for my refund. Complaints about this are ignored!

The reason I chose you is because from what I saw, your ticket schedule was very clear, unlike the others. I could see the round trip and total costs directly, so it would make things easier for us. My suggestion for the future is to fill in the biodata, if possible, that's all.

it worked all fine with the company
it worked all fine. I paid and within 30 mins had the tickets with 6 digit PNR that I added to the my account with the airline. The ticket was immediately found and all details were correct.
The price difference from the airline was ~45 euros (7% difference)

Easy booking but some details were needed
It was a good and smooth booking, i hope everything will be going well until the flight but some improvements are required such as giving more details about transfer period how baggages will be handled while transfer, will transit visa required while transfer etc.
