I bought a plane ticket, from SOF - BUD, its price was €37.29.
The agency charged my card and collected the amount of €78.00, without any warning that I would be charged with the amount of €78.00. Under no circumstances would I buy a ticket for this route at such a price.

I would like to inform you about the choices of the extra products added in the booking, which determine the final price of the booking. Our booking costs apply per booking. Airlines show a basic price, so that you can make a choice yourself what else you need. For example, if you add travel/cancellation insurance to your booking. Many travelers are happy with this, because it largely determines what they ultimately pay for a ticket. In addition, we offer a number of extras in collaboration with our partners, this is also based on what everyone finds important and/or needs.
You should then be able to view the total amount for the booking in the payment overview. You can also check this payment overview in your confirmation email. Furthermore, I do not see a booking number in your message and I cannot find you based on your name on trustpilot to see the status of your booking at the moment. Kindly check out our contact page on Vliegwinkel for option to contact us, so the booking can be checked again.

Booked tickets, but no guarantee for a seat!
We booked tickets and paid extra for online check-in. Then it turns out that seats are not guaranteed, and the online check-in was cancelled!! Why would we book tickets if we are not sure we are able to fly?! And they even give you a stronger impression that you have a seat by offering the option of online check-in. I would have been paid more for a ticket that doesn't cancel online check-in and puts us on stand-bye if i would have known. This is misleading, We will never use Vliegwinkel again!
In respons to the reply of Vliegwinkel: we paid extra to be able to check in online. When we went to the website we could not check in online, and in 'my booking' it showen that online check in was cancelled. The exact same thing happened on our way back yesterday.

It sometimes happens that it fails to reserve an added product in the booking with the airline. In case the added product auto check-in failed, in this case you must check in online yourself on the website of the airline using the online check-in number on your E-ticket, you should be able to add seats also on the airline website.

Useless customer service
Booking a ticket is easy and quick but just in case there is an issue like cancellation of flights from airlines or any other issue, you will have to wait for ages for a proper update. Keep chatting with customer support and no matter what your question is their reply is always the same - please wait for an update in email from the team. And that never comes. Despite explaining my urgent situation the answer was the same. No useful information was provided. Wait wait and wait.
I understand it can be busy because of airlines changes but then give customers clear answers and explain the situation. Everyone is willing to accept if explained clearly.
Never booking with vliegwinkel again.

Good price and fast process to buy the flight ticket.
The only confusing thing is that the booking number informated by Vliegwinkel didn't work when adding my trip to KLM, so I contacted KLM and they gave me a different booking number.

Cheap and very reliable!
Despite being the cheapest option, it was also one of the easiest ticket purchasing experience ever. I paid one third less for less from the cheapest available option. I received my ticket confirmation right away as well, overall very satisfied!

Good experience

I received e-ticket after several hours of booking, I believe in today's digital world, I should be able to get e-ticket within half an hour in my mail box. This is the area where you can improve. I keep trying to change my flight and no luck
I keep trying to change my flight on the website and every time it says "Oops, something went wrong..." It then gives me the option to do it through chat and then says "Sorry, I can't find that information right now. I am experiencing an internal malfunction. Please come back to me at a later time!" It is infuriating. Very poor experience.
