A shame

A shame. Worst app experience on mobile devices I have ever had. How do they even exist? Mudec Art Museum- wake up and change the booking system - it is torture!

The only good thing was reading other people opinions on this web app - an honest laugh.

I would give zero stars

I would give zero stars.

A lot of people have been deceived with buying very expensive tickets for a show in the Antico Teatro Greco in Taormina. Octobre 5.
We found out at the door that show was somewhere else - a lot cheaper.
The staff there told us to go to vivaticket. Who sends me to the organiseren that is nowhere to be found on internet. Vivaticket refuses to give contact information. I have been ripped off for 132 euro.

Can't handle customer traffic at all

This company powers 2 museums i tried to get tickets for this morning and both websites have completely crashed. It took 3+ hours to get 1 ticket to 1 museum exhibition and visiting art should never be that hard.

I've complained to the museums directly as well and I'm sure the company will say something about unprecedent demand but you know what, this demand was entirely expected and they don't know how to scale systems to handle traffic or can't handle website traffic at all.

The wrost buying experience i've had in years.

Wouldn't recommend

I purchased a pair of tickets that I had to resell through the platform. They hold the money for an unreasonable long time, and when I tried to follow up, I received generic responses and then no communications afterwards.
Eventually the issue was resolved, but had a very poor experience

I ordered two tickets for the Vesuvius national park however the park was closed. Viva Ticket refused to give me a refund - how is this even allowed! Shocking customer service

Spent 2 hours trying to buy a ticket to the Vesuvio. OTP text message never came through. Tried UK, EU and Thai phone numbers. Zero luck. Their loss after all.

I purchased two tickets for a Placido…

I purchased two tickets for a Placido Domingo concert in Taormina, Sicily for the 14th July 2025 I booked as an 80th birthday present for my mum, and booked flights, hotels etc just to see him in the surroundings of teatro antica. Three days before we were due to fly I received a short abrupt email to say the concert had been cancelled. Since then I have filled out form after form to try and get my money returned, when I try and fill in the refund page it says my ticket is not recognised. I feel I have been scammed and will never book through this company again. Beware!

They are cretins.

They are cretins.
I booked tickets for two museums in Ravenna, total nett cost for both was €14.00 plus their commission. It took over 80 minutes to complete both. They ask inane questions - why do they wanted to know the date, which province and city of my birth -their system could not cope with 1948.
I persisted with my purchase out of sheer perversity, just to see how inane and infantile they could be. I am reading a book by Kafka, he would have loved them, it would have given another plot.
I do not think they are scammers, they are just cretins who do not realise how impoverished they are

Terrible Company

Vivaticket took payment but I didn't receive ticket. Purchase Orders reported "No purchases". Event would not allow admission without actual ticket voucher.
Company was extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic. I would be very reluctant to book an event through them if there was no other option.
Terrible company.

I attempted to get help retrieving…

I attempted to get help retrieving concert tickets 15 times. No one responds appropriately in the support emails. We never received help. We never received our tickets. They send a basic email back every time. We were charged $459.99 for tickets we never received.

Horrendous company

Horrendous company. Purchased tickets for Bruce Springsteen concerts in Milan for 2024, which unfortunately got cancelled.
The re-scheduled dates didn't work, company didn't offer refund when the new dates got announced.
They didn't offer me the opportunity to re-sell for face value or offer a name change on the tickets.
Worst experience of buying tickets in Italy, horrendous customer service.

They take money from you and send email confirmation then cancel show & don’t send refunds after sending cancellation email and refund policy saying 4-6 weeks, my bank are now doing a reverse charge and they are going to investigate with their fraud team, this was for a show in Naples at San Theatre Carlo, never happened due to corrupts scammers, I beat them in the end but some unfortunate people may not so hence my post. BEWARE
