Very disappointing service
I was looking forward to use this product but unfortunately I did not receive the product despite receiving a confirmation that my order was received.
It was impossible to contact customer services or get any support to resolve the problem
My last resort was to ask someone who have direct contact with the company to get help to get my money back
It took over 1.5 months to get it back. No apologies and no good will gestures.
I would not risk purchasing anything directly from them

Customers are not able to unsubscribe through their customer accounts. They want customers to contact their customer service for this reason which is non existing .

Have used the product for a few years. Delivery was always hit and miss. Payment recently taken and no product delivery . Website has now vanished. Have just done a charge-back with AMEX.
BUT OMG… I’ve also just done a check on these guys on Companies House 3 guys in a rundown service office west london, company clearly little revenue and looking like plenty debt. Plus they have a few other directorships of tiny companies some no longer trading. I did find a residential address for one of them in Watford. How the hell did they get this good product and packaging!!?? Clearly bought it some place and had repackaged. Wish I’d done this kind of check b4 i jumped, got me wondering what I’ve been consuming 🤔

Bad customer service
I really like the product but shipment of the product isn't always every month, even though they take the money out of your account. There is no email to let you know the reasons for delay. Customer Services are appalling at responding and if you are lucky to receive one, it is weeks later. I would have thought the whole point of taking collagen is to ensure it's taken on a daily basis to get the best benefits from it, except you run out of supplies on a regular basis. You receive an email to say your order is being processed and they will notify you that they will let you know when it has shipped. They take the payment and don't ship it. I have paid for my shipment for Feb 22 and am still waiting for it. Now I have been deducted payment for Mar 22 - who knows when I will receive these shipments!!
In addition if you want to cancel, you have to email Customer Services....who then take forever to respond.
I have been with them for a few years....definitely gone downhill. Would NOT recommend.

Have not responded to my emails, have not received my order but payment has been taken. Had to speak to my bank- very very poor customer service!
Been a customer since 2019 with them so a huge let down on their side.
Shocking customer service
Their customer service is very disappointing. They took my money for my November ordered and the order never arrived. I tried to contact them via phone, email, online chat and Instagram. I only received a response a month after I contacted them (and give up) saying that the item was delivered, I responded back saying that the delivery was definitely not to my address... And up to now I'm still waiting for a response.

Amazing product really does what it says
Non delivery, no customer service response
No product (2 weeks late) though they have taken my money. No reply from Customer services. Product has been late at least since November. Love the product itself so this is a real dissapointment.
Subscriptions are always late
Subscriptions are always late, no one responds to emails and messages yet they take the payment from your account as scheduled. I have never received the product on time in the last 6 months
I really liked Vitybox
I really liked Vitybox, until I tried to cancel an order which I had forgotten to skip. Coty box have taken my payment, not delivered it, but won’t respond to my emails about the refund. I cannot seem to cancel my account or get my refund and, as another customer points out, there is only a USA number to call. So not great customer service at all, although the product is good.
UPDATE: two weeks later and another payment has been taken from my account despite my many many emails to cancel the subscription. I have tried calling both the UK and USA phone numbers - both bogus. I have reported this to my credit card company and contacted Vitybox several times again - totally ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
