I love my Vitilan T7 and the service is exceptional. I have it since July, 2024. The after-service is also 5 stars all the way. I recommend to all my friends.

When I received my vitilan T7 pro the box was open but when I unpacked it it was fine well packed out box happy with my new bike I give it 4 stars would have been 5 stars if the box was not open thanks from steve

Great Bike. I ride it to work in the summer and no problems so far. Bit on the heavy side to fold and take battery out but overall a 10 out of 10. Don’t hesitate you will be happy!!

My wife and I both purchased Vitilan e-bikes close to two years ago, and after extensive, regular use, we can confidently say they have exceeded our expectations. What stands out most is how well the bikes have held up over time. We’ve experienced no noticeable battery degradation, which is impressive given how frequently we ride. Range and performance remain consistent, and charging reliability hasn’t changed since day one.

I’ve been using this Vitilan bike for over two years and have been very happy with it. The battery performance is excellent, and the bike feels solidly built with high-quality materials.

When I first purchased it, there was a minor issue with a missing screw on the LCD. I contacted their support team and received a prompt and helpful response. Since then, I haven’t needed to reach out again, as the bike has been very reliable.

The foldable design is a big plus—it makes storage and transportation extremely convenient. Overall, it’s been a dependable and well-designed bike that has held up very well over time.

Me and my wife share a bike. One day she’s on the Vitilane e-bike and I’m stuck with a boring normal bike.
The next day I’m on the Vitilane e-bike. Those are my favorite days. I have the big wheel so I’m able to take it on packed sand and rougher terrain than the average bicycle. At this point we beg each other to be the one on the Vitilane. They have my blessing ! Pick one up. Fast reliable and the charge holds for days.customer service was top notch! 6 stars

I couldn't be happier with my Vitilan. It's been wonderful with good battery life, and exceptional durability. I've had mine over a year and a half and it's been flawless.

Overall we are happy with our ebikes. The only issue is have had so far is anything error code 22 where I have to wiggle my wires for the throttle. Otherwise our i7 and u3 have been pretty reliable!

Great bike overall. I have over 1000km now. Never failed and battery last really long - 60 to 100km if you sometimes pedalling. I recommend it 100%.

I purchsed Vitilan U7 bike. Arrived within the quoted time and packed very well. Easy assembly of the bike. I am most impressed with the customer service, I contacted them as I had one question and the response was first class. I am normally a bit wary about buying oveexpensive items on the internet but I can honestly recommend this company

This is my first e-bike and I feel really happy with the choice I made I took a while to choose the bike I wanted I liked the look of the i7 with the fat tyres and the beefy frame so I knew that was they style I wanted but in the end I choose the vitilan i7 because of the brakes being hydraulic and I wanted the bike in white. It came packaged very well it was not too difficult to put together I have taken bikes apart and put back together in my time so I have a little experience in that area but I found it to be simple as and came with a nice little velvet bag with the tools in which I thought was a nice little touch. All in all I would 100 percent recommend the vitilan i7 super fun to ride looks really nice and well made.

The bike was delivered very quickly. The bike was easy to assemble and even came with tools. The ride is so comfortable. My first e-bike was. Cyrusher, ‘Rider’ model 650. I still have it and it performs well, however, the Vitilan T7 is my preferred ride now. It has better suspension and it looks super cool. I ordered the special paint , it’s a kind of grey/black rainbow metal flake. Everywhere I go she gets compliments on her beauty. Runs great for what I use it for: cruising to my local park, taking her camping and to the beach. Charging is quick(about 6-8 hours from a depleted battry. I would caution buyers to be very careful when installing the rear light on the cargo carrier(if applicable) I ended up pinching the wires when I put it back together, as you have to open up the side case, I was able to splice the wires back and now it’s fine.

This bike is cool put over 200 miles so far no issues! Fast delivery! Assembly was easy! Only issue had to modify the front fender so it didn’t hit the control box and put a different seat on it oem is good but not for me I put an extra wide seat on it this bike ain’t for the meek as it is very fast at max settings!

Fast delivery, bike setup was easy and looks great, bike not used properly yet as bought as a Christmas present but had a little test and can’t fault anything.

Brilliant bike purchase

I've had the vitilan T7 pro for 5 days now, having ordered on the 31st October and receiving my bike on the 8th Nov. The ordering process was simple enough and hassle free. I took advantage of ordering direct from vitilans website, snagging a £150 off code at the till. Vitilan themselves guided me through the process and answered any questions and queries that I wanted to ask. Since buying they have been very supportive and we're happy to replace my broken charger that was damaged in shipping, as well some spare hub nut caps and some touch up paint for a tiny chip on the frame. Now to the bike itself..WOW! what an absolute beast! My last bike was a cyrusher rover 52v 750w 25amp which had both power and speed but immediately when I jumped on the t7 pro, I definitely noticed the step up in power. Sure, its not as quick off the line than other ebikes on the market but I think thats actually quite clever from vitilan, so as to give you a more natural, intuitive feeling but once you get moving the robust 1000w motor really comes to life. I also noticed that when in assist 4,(around 23mph) the motor only uses between 300w-500w to maintain that speed, which again i think is a nice touch from the vitilan team. Its almost like an extra 'super' gear when you engage level 5, then it will give you everything shes got. Although only rated for 1600w of peak power, it actually displays 1790-1802w on a full battery accelerating or climbing. Also, if you leave your charger on for 5 mins after it goes green for full, the battery actually charges to exactly 59.0v..which makes you feel as though you're on a 60v bike! The tektro hydraulic brakes are superior to the logans in my opinion with a bit more bite and stopping power. I opted to swap out the original pedals and handle bars for lighter, carbon ones which adds to its look and saves a few grams. The dnm ao-08rc rear shock i feel is underrated, in my opinion it's one of the best options for its price range, although I feel a heavier rider may benefit a little more from it as I am only 60kg and haven't managed to use all of the travel (35+2). The uding 105mm airforks have been good so far, I've even done some light to medium off roading with the forks and shock fully opened and i was impressed with the smoothness of the ride and could hardly feel any bumps or much vibration at all. I maybe used 3/4 of rear travel and about half the fork travel. It has performed well and So far, I've had it up to 35mph top speed. The bike ships locked at 25km/h, however it explains how to unlock advanced settings and adjust the speed, amps ect..within the manual. You can also enable/disable cruise control function at the touch of a button. The display i love, the ukc1+ is adaptable, functions well and is easy to see and navigate. So far im 12 miles in and it is still at 54.1v. The pedal assist is responsive and kicks in almost immediately. Pedal assist 4 will take you up to 22-23mph but then beware because assist level 5 is not for the fainthearted! That's when the motor gives full power and and will take you to at least 34mph. The bike feels sturdy, well built and I feel safe while riding it. It does have a smaller turning circle than single clamp fork bikes but if you adjust the stoppers a little, it gives more room to turn without damaging the frame/paintwork. No ebike is perfect, but i think with care and regular maintenance this bike should be very reliable. This is my 4th ebike and I for one am very, very happy with my new vitilan T7 pro 52v 1000w in black. Stay safe(i wear a full face helmet and gloves) and happy riding people!
