absolute garbage of a website and customer service save yourself the headache Even If these were the instant cure for nicotine addiction I would not use their service. I placed my order and noticed it had a different order but I unfortunately had already clicked the process button. so I tried to cancel the order. no luck. tried to use the live chat. not available. went through PayPal tried to cancel on their end can't. contacted vitastick got automated useless response that looks like it was ran through a translator. so. I'm s.o.l and out money. also I checked my PayPal that address they grabbed is nowhere on or attached to any of my cards.

Ordered August 26 2024, as of October 14 2024 have not received. USPS is still awaiting product according to tracking. Reached out to company MANY times with no response except for a useless auto reply.

I bought from them well over a month ago and i haven’t received a thing. I’ve emailed multiple times but with no answer, i messaged on facebook messenger and got nothing back either except from ‘we are not here at the moment’. I commented on their instagram account saying to answer my emails and the closest thing i go to a reply was to another person saying ‘we are not on social media atm, it rots your brain’. The only email i did receive was an email saying how my item had been delivered sams apparently they had evidence for it..? It turned out that they had either mistakes my order number with someone else’s or they had actually shipped it somewhere else. The email said the item had been delivered in Pennsylvania, when i checked back my address and it was clearly my correct UK address (and i paid extra for international delivery). And i never received anything back after i confronted them about it...
