Signed up for a one-time order, got enrolled in a subscription without my knowledge. Cancelled as i wasn’t happy with the product, never received the second shipment and instead received a debt collection letter from an Austrian agency demanding €57 for a €20 product I never got. Disgraceful way to treat customers. Currently disputing with my bank. AVOID

But, the capsules is too big for me to swallow as I have difficulties swallowing big capsules.
I wasn't very convinced if opening up the capsules is safe and efficient for my health.
So, I gave the unopened pack of capsules to a family member who has no difficulty swallowing big capsules.

Easy to order
Easy to order, delivery when expected, items as ordered.
Only issue is with packaging: two very small boxes containing liquid filled glass bottles, sent in a rather large box with no protective inner packing materials. Consider myself lucky that products weren't broken in transit because everyone knows the post doesn't treat parcels gently.
Anyway that was my only issue and I do recommend the company and would use again
