I thought shipping and handling was free, but you charged me. I could have chosen another company.

When I placed order #1105037978OR #83639988 and paid $65.00 via PayPal, I realized that no ship to prompt was ever given. I immediately sent an email to update@VitalityMedical to change ship to address. These pads are for my wheelchair bound sister in East Rockaway, NY who desperately needs them. I am also disabled and will now have to find a way to get it shipped paying an additional $10 to ship for a total cost of $75 for 1 box of pads. I will never order from you again.

Very disappointing. Last year order was seamless. I don't know what fell apart. First, vitality sent the wrong leg. It took very long for them to send. Vitality then promised to send the correct key with return label for wrong leg but said that it could not be delivered. Vitality did not provide a reason and I am unclear about what it could have been because the first order but incorrect was delivered without a problem. Vitality will now not refund without the return item but Vitality did not send me label. How am I to believe they will refund me even if I send it back? I will never order from vitalitymed again.

Same product was 16.00 usd last week on Amazon now you have it for 21.00 and free shipping how much does 2 stamps cost. I had being taken advantage of. If it stays last purchase

I needed a replacement head rest piece for my husband's wheelchair because we are going to the county fair this weekend! He has ALS and has not been out of the house in three years and now has decided to live a little more. You had exactly what I needed with quick shipping so we will have it in time to meet the grandkids at the fair. Thanks for helping him be more comfortable on his long awaited outing!!

-Likes: The variety of products offered on the website; the competitive pricing of the products.

-Dislikes: The way that some of the products were not included towards the free shipping minimum of $49.00; the deceptive way that I had to order way more than the $49.00 minimum in order to get free shipping, but then still had to pay shipping for my order even though my order was way beyond the minimum required. This will discourage me from ordering from your company again in the future. Very disappointing....

Items come in a timely manner and are super exhorbitant.
