Poor communication
Poor communication. I made a time sensitive purchase online. Found my item added to the cart completed my purchase with PayPal. The next morning, I I received a message informing me. The item could not be shipped until they received a prescription. That piece of information was described to me by one of your call takers as fine print and that I should’ve noticed that. My position is that the order should’ve been rejected without the prescription attached. Your call taker did not seem to care for my input regarding this as this was a time sensitive purchase he disregarded my recommendation and just referred me to the fine print. To me this represents no value and customer service.
