Just receiving a response after applying over 4 weeks ago

Received both birth certificates in a timely manner but my birth certificate was the short form and my Daughter’s was the long form. I’d rather have two of the same and my weight and length are missing from this birth certificate. Is that information on the long form? Please advise.

I did receive my documents in a timely fashion.
However, the overall cost could and should have been much less.

But financial profit is the whole point, am I right?
So, keep overcharging people as much as possible!
You're getting rich by ripping people off; so who cares!?

Easy and convenient

I placed my first order in early July. It was incomplete and on hold, showing only the already submitted Identity Verification Form (IVF) as the only required documentation. Reached out multiple times and only received generic, unhelpful responses that didn’t address my specific question. It took 2 weeks for them to finally take the time address the question and tell me I needed a more recent utility bill. I uploaded it thinking I was finished. A few days later, my order status was listed as “cancelled”.

I restarted the process in mid-late August with VitalChek since I figured I had all the documents ready to go. It was put on hold, again showing the already submitted IVF as the missing document.i contacted them multiple times. Finally received a helpful response about a week later stating that my apartment number wasn’t on the order form but was on the supporting document so I needed to create a new order with the apartment number.

Submitted the 3rd attempt in early September, making sure every detail was correct across the order and the documents. It was put on hold and again showed the IVF form as the required document. Messaged them multiple times without response.

Just emailed them to cancel the order because this has been a nightmare. Already placed an order with another company and it’s been a smooth process. VitalChek has been a terrible experience. Their “manage my order” section provides inadequate information to help you resolve any “hold” issues and their customer service is atrocious, taking several days to respond and when they do, it’s unhelpful and doesn’t help complete the order. This was a bizarrely frustrating experience with a company so I decided to actually write this long review. Terrible company.

It was delivered much quicker than the estimated time which is extremely appreciated. Had accurate information and the birth certificate was in great condition. Much appreciated.

These people are the worst! They take your money, waste your time, and give you the run around. Never delivering the documents you paid for. HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!! 4 months after paying for a copy of my marriage certificate... I have nothing to show for all their promises. I am now out notary fees, processing fees, numerous hours spent on the phone, broken promises of resolution... now trying to get a refund. Minus the notary fees requested to file my original application they requested from me on an order that was NEVER EVEN FILED!!!! THATS FRAUD! STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS!

It took WAY LONGER than what was promised.
