The entire experience was horrible, and your customer service was unbelievably incompetent!! And they lied to me.

I've been waiting for 5 days for my order to be shipped and from reading reviews here I wonder if it will happen.

Just learned that Kroger sold Vitacost to IHerb in January of this year.

I was going to give up on them after the awful carrier that left my order on the porch with an olive oil soaked box that I spent hours trying to clean up. They did replace the order but since haven't ordered liquids and after this experience will probably quit this company.

We’ve purchased from Vitacost for over 20 years. It was a great company, excellent inventory, fast shipping, great sales and most important quality guarantee. If there was ever a problem we would get a replacement or refund. We made a large order a couple months ago. One of the glass bottles of Mutti Passata arrived with the metal cap popped and tomato residue around the outside. I contacted them for a replacement. Instead of the immediate replacement I received a long legal explanation of they don’t do that! Turns out they were sold this year to some Chinese affiliated company iherb. I unsubscribed and will never buy from them again.

Vitacost recently sold. The website is not improved. Beware of general discount codes that, on checkout, "do not apply". They reduced the inventory by about 75%. Many of my regularly purchased items are gone. The packing was good. I didn't receive any damaged goods for once. They will loose business from long time customers I'm afraid.

I've been buying products from Vitacost for quite some time now. Always carry what I need and the shipping is normally excellent. My second to last order seemed to take a very long time to get delivered and I noticed my package was being shipped all over before it finally arrived. This was just a blip on the radar. Great product selection and company!

I have been a Vitacost customer for many years; however, after placing 4 orders of the same items, each one was cancelled; 2/10, 2/12, 2/14, and 2/20. I double checked my credit card information, so that is not the issue; I even used Paypal and received a cancellation. I called Customer Service each time; all their reps inform me that their Verify department will research, and when I receive a confirmation verify email, I can place my order. Well, each time that occurred, my order was cancelled. I have absolutely received no help or a successful resolution. I'm DONE and will shop elsewhere!

Been a customer for years. All good. Now issues with ordering because 30 items tell me that the item is not available in that quantity. But no way to know what the quantity is. These were all items that I had ordered before. But no more; goodbye Vitacost forever... Makes sense now that that I see all the recent changes in ownership.

My order arrived fast, all great quality, well packaged items. I'll be back!

No lie...Vitacost -- without a single email telling me so, cancelled my order, because my billing address on my card didn't match up with the Walgreen pick up location where THEY offered me as an option to pick up. Mind blowing. I mean, how common is it -- have they ever heard of this company called AMAZON -- where we pick up packages at Whole Foods like every day....using a card with a billing address -- different than Whole Foods. Shameful. Vitacost just lost a long time customer.

Have been a customer for many years and the last year or so there are consistent problems with damaged product due to poor packaging. They used to be very easy to deal with when product is damaged issuing a refund. Now it is near impossible to get resolution and they take so long to process the claim that you never see a refund. I've called them 4 times and they still haven't reviewed my claim. I will not be buying product there in the future.

Everything got here unscathed and quickly! We don't have much variety here in Rapid City South Dakota, so very grateful for Vitacost!

The order arrived a day later than expected, but was otherwise OK. I am always satisfied with your products and the ease to place an order.
