Forgot ice pack with cold only item. Didn’t get my Ginger vitamin shop brand I ordered.

When we received box with our flour we were surprised at the attention to packaging that was applied to product.

Since a change in ownership, orders are taking longer for delivery, and more importantly I no longer see site wide sales. Time to move on and find another vitamin and supplement website or just use amazon.

$49.99 flat fee for PO BOX. There is no language on website re: shipping flat fees for PO Box vs. home/office address. If you do not meet the spending threshold for free shipping, you will be charged $49.99 to ship to a PO BOX vs. $8.99 to ship to a home address.

I love the convenience of being able to buy a big variety of things (some of which are hard to find elsewhere) all in one place and at reasonable prices, but I have had to contact them four times in one year because of problems with their packing. Damaged items, missing items...one time, I even got an item I didn't order. They always refund me right away and I want to keep ordering from them, but I don't want to have to keep going through this. Plus, I'm concerned for their packers. Are they being forced to choose speed over carefully packing things? I'm getting the feeling that Vitacost is not a good company to work for, if that's the case. And if it's not, I'm sorry, but they need to be trained better. (I actually do packing & shipping for a living!)

An item was left out of my order & instead of sending the replacement as requested, they refunded me, said that is their policy. Ridiculous. They actually said if I reordered, the same mistake would probably occur again. I think the iHerb takeover is a disaster & plan to stay away from both companies.

The website is easy to navigate with a variety of options and good prices. Also delivery has been pretty quick every time I've used it

I have been buying products from vitacost for a while now. They are very consistent with delivering the products I order on time. They are also usually very accurate with getting my order correct. However my last order there was a mistake made in the order. But customer service was very helpful in solving the issue. That was the only issue I have had with vitacost. It doesn't change the fact I love to order from them. They are consistently good, especially with having discounts regularly and flexible shipping options. Overall I'm very satisfied with vitacost.

An item was delivered a few days' ago that leaked on all the other items in the box. The item was rejected by me as not sealed. Company employee was very understanding & issued me a replacement which was received within days Thank you for trusting the truth regarding the defective product & taking the necessary action to correct same.

I've had good experiences buying essentials. My only complaint is sometimes they use a lot of plastic packaging.

I have been shopping Vitacost.com for 2 years now from a friend's referral. I can find the organic products I want, usually with discounts, and feel confident that my order will come quickly, and always packed with great care in materials that I can reuse or recycle. And customer service is talking with a real person who resolves any issue with an order quickly and with a smile in their voice. Though I will say, the only issue I've had in 2 years was due to the delivery man who dropped a package. I would recommend Vitacost.com to anyone and all who want quality product and great customer service.

Vitacost was sold , now service is not as good. Product before came from Las Vegas overnight to Arizona Now comes from North Carolina and takes much longer.
