The subscription shipping new address
The subscription, for the shipping address is not picked-up, after notifying 3 TIMES to the administration.
Our package had to be send 2x to our NEW ADDRESS!!!
Today, we received an email about the subscription for this month: and it’ll be AGAIN send to our OLD address for the 3rd time.
I called numerous times the customer service and can’t talk to anybody on the phone.
Not good service, very annoying for the 3rd month!!
