Pathetic experience with customer service
I made an order and after a week of tracking it, it was apparently rerouted to the supplier, without even trying to deliver it to me despite providing all information including phone number. Trying to get the products or a refund has proven futile as nobody responds to my emails or complaints. Pathetic!

Vitabiotics products and prices are very good, however they use Royal Mail for their deliveries, and I am total fed up waiting in all day for Royal mail to deliver, then they don't!!! Royal mail then inform Vitabiotics that they could not deliver because I was not, which I always am, or that my address was inaccessible which it is not, I will now not place orders with any company that uses Royal Mail for their deliveries.
