filled out a form and recieved my grandfathers' birth certificate... Simple!

I requested for a simple criminal check and it takes about a month to complete. As a I write this review I still have not gotten what I paid for. The charges are are also too high. I would not use them ever again. Just avoid them

In a country where the state crashes its inhabitants with a merciless bureaucracy, that is deprived from any trace of humanity and civilization, your speed even with a high price is a comfort. I wish you offered the same service for attestato di soggiorno.
Please allow me to clarify that attestato di soggiorno is not the same as permesso di soggiorno. While permesso is required for people outside the EU, attestato is requested from the municipi from EU citizens in addition to the residenza in order to start the procedure of issuing the carta d'identita. In my case I'm EU citizen, I have the residenza, but I was informed by the municipio that I need the attestato di soggiorno which requires an additional list of documents and they gave me an appointment for 29 of August. As I said merciless bureaucracy.

They have provided the birth certificate of my children in one day. Thanks so much!

EDIT: I WILL NOT CHANGE THIS UNTIL MY MONEY IS BACK IN MY ACCOUNT AS OF RIGHT NOW MY MONEY IS STILL GONE.
After I had already paid for the order they tried to ask for more than the initital amount I paid for to complete the order. This was ever explained as a possibility on the website. I asked them to cancel my order which they did immediately but provided no help with the refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
