I have ordered from Vistaprint previously and been really happy with the products. Although the products looked fine on the preview the picture is really small on the mugs I received compared to previous print runs done a couple of years ago.
The service speed was good, and the basic mugs are the same as the ones I've had before which have worn well, but they just don't look that great.

Products came on time, well packed and all printing is of good quality. We are happy overall with the order and we will use the service again for sure!
It is also very easy to design your custom item, the website is nice and easy to use.

I ordered 2x 2025 fotocalendar as a present on the 31/12/2024 with estimated delivery 10/1/2025. UPS never sent any message regarding delivery time and the package has been sent back to Netherlands 16/1/2025. I highlight: no message received from UPS/Vista Print.
No-one from Vista Print or UPS has let me know anything - I expect to receive money back as I have not received my order but I have not heard back from Vista Print now. It’s February now so the first calendar month is used and the worst is that the present never went to them it was supposed to go! What a mess!
Be careful with this company - they don’t follow and care if customers receive their orders or not - but take your money.
