I have used Vistaprint to print…postcard and visitenkarte
I have used Vistaprint to print postcards for a long time (about 8-10 years) since I lived in New York for the company I used to work with. Now in Dresden, Germany I print my own postcards through Vistaprint to sell.
The Naturpapier has a very good texture and weight, with my watercolour paintings they look like originals. I just wish the recycled paper is also as heavy and less grey. Hopefully there will be more options of recycled paper or grass paper in the future.
One time in NY I had a problem with one of the printings and they sent a fixed one without additional cost.
So far in Germany Vistaprint's shipping is also quite fast and safe. I always recommend people to print with Vistaprint.

Did not recieve my order
Did not recieve my order when tracked on hermes the driver said he tried to deliver it 3 times but never left a calling card for me to pick it up from the packet shop however I went to the packet shop and they said that it was not there

I ordered Business cards with my own photo on the front. Photo quality was very good with vivid colours. The cards where delivered relatively fast.

The vast array of products is amazing and your turnaround time/shipping is fantastic! I still have not found the English translator feature (for us English speakers living in Germany; when I select English it sends me to vistaprint.com which is not vistaprint.de), but Google translate works OK and that is the only part that is slow for me to create projects. But otherwise Sie sind wunderbar!

Excellent quality
Excellent quality, but because this company sends mail with Hermes, we have an infinite problem, because Hermes has an extremely awful service and they don't deliver the package at all. They say that no one answered and you have to look for your package.

Simple but comes with some problems.
Designing/uploading artwork process is very simple.
However I've had 2 issues already, where the 1st batch of cards came without a finishing gloss and they adjusted the elements so I had to file a complaint.
Thankfully they gave me credit for a replacement, but I found out they don't do finishing gloss on both sides.
It is great for a fast turnaround, but I would still recommend finding a specialised printer if you really want to impress.

Exceptional Service!
On the 22January 2023, I ordered some personalised notebooks, Pens and Magnetic Calendars for a friend's event scheduled for 5th February 2023. Delivery for the Notebooks and Magnetic calendars was slated for 31st January but items were delivered on the 28th January. On top of that, there was an error and I received additional note books which was more than half of what I ordered. I informed Vistaprint and I was told to keep it as a commercial gesture from Vistaprint. The additional notebooks made a very significant difference!
In addition, there was an error with the Magnetic Calendars as well and I received additional magnetic calendars which was exactly the same quantity that I ordered initially (40 plus another 40 totalling 80)☺️☺️ I informed Vistaprint and I was told to keep it as a commercial gesture from Vistaprint. The additional Magnetic Calendars made a massive difference and went a long way.
I also ordered some pens for this event and delivery was slated for 6th February 2023 ( a day after the event) However, items were received on 31st January 2023.
Further more, every team member I communicated with from the design stage till the end were very patient, courteous and supportive. There was constant communication and updates regarding my orders. Thank you so much Vistaprint! I wish I could give more than 5 Stars because you deserve much more. I am overwhelmed and thankful! I live in London and you shipped all my items to Ireland and it was so timely! Thank you, thank you, thank you all 🙏

No production of our order
We wanted to have bottles printed. They were due 14days later. I thought online it was odd that the status never changed so I contacted them but was assured all is fine and theyr will be delivered on time. Two days prior to delivery the status still never changed and had no info about the delivery. I camled a second time. I was assured they spoke personally with someone in the production and it should be shipped out the next day if not I was to contact them. I didn’t agree and wanted to know when it would be delivered and if it would be late that they should contact me. The next days in the afternoon I hadn’t heard back and called a third time. They flat out lied to me on the phone and assured me the status wasn’t updated and it would be delivered the next day. No joke and hour later they called and said they didn’t even have the bottles nor started printand would have to refund. A day before delivery… here we are without our products that we needed this weekend and have no time to come uo with a solution. Disappointed is not near as close to what we feel.

Dreadful, a real disappointment
Dreadful, at best a scam like Camaloon. genuinely believed Vistprint was a big reputable company. when you do get in touch its lie after lie after lie. We've lost them, they'll be with you tomorrow, oh we never produced them, give us three more weeks, the courier has lost them. AVOID OR LOSE YOUR MONEY
