I've been using Vistaprint for years, they have quality products and good prices. I had an issue on my end building a business card with a qr code, they got right in there over chat and fixed me up. Great Customer service

I had an excellent experience with Vistaprint’s customer service, especially John Paul. I recently received an order of 100 presentation folders and realized that I had made an error in the design file I submitted. I mistakenly thought that the words “Open” and “Close” were part of the design interface rather than elements that would actually print on the folders.
Although the error was mine and was not covered under their standard warranty, John Paul listened to my concerns, was understanding and professional, and went above and beyond to help. Vistaprint made a one-time courtesy exception and replaced my entire order at no additional cost, with the design corrected.
This was a significant order for my professional practice, so I truly appreciated the level of customer service and the willingness to find a solution. John Paul made what could have been a very frustrating experience into a very positive one. Excellent customer service and a great example of standing behind your customers. Thank you!

VistaPrint business card prices have tripled in only three years! I used to pay under $20.00 for 500 business cards; now 500 business cards cost over $80.00.
Time to find another supplier...!

The swift downfall in customer support continues...
I realized late last week that I needed some flyers to take to an event with me. I checked VistaPrint and was delighted to find a "rush order" option. I spent time designing and ordering my piece and paid the extra shipping.
The delivery date has come and gone and now the flyers are irrelevant. VP blames FedEx. I got a full refund, but, what about my wasted time? What about showing up at the event without the promised docs?
I asked to be compensated in future merch credits for my loss, but of course was denied.
Hey VistaPrint - it's pretty easy - don't make promises you can't keep. Is it even possible to shop a national company and expect them to deliver anymore? I'm thinking with the advent of AI logistics and offshore customer service, the answer is increasingly NO.

John Reines helped create my business card quickly and beautifully. It would have taken me all day working on it by myself.

Every time I had to make a new order of business cards, I had to have help. It doesn't matter whether day or late at night, Vista Print always had an expert on hand who got the project done, no matter my deficiency with these things. I was always satisfied with the quality and professionalism, but mostly the kindness its experts had with me.

Not happy with results, The format shown on the screen is completely different from what I received; all the information is clearly readable on the computer, but physically the logo isn't visible and it looks unprofessional. I definitely do not recommend it...

This review is for Vista Print booklet designer. This is the most ridiculous program that Vista Print has out. It is so difficult it isn't funny. I have 10 books that I created on Amazon and it wasn't anywhere near how difficult this is to download in order to create a booklet. Believe it or not I've tried for SIX MONTHS to upload this and each time I come across another issue. Customer service is zero zilch help. I contacted them months ago and after waiting forever for them to get back to me I gave up for a bit. Then I went back to it trying to upload my pdf. If it wasn't one thing it's another. Either it's the pdf not flattened or the size isn't right or this or that. Horrible horrible program. I give up, I'll go elsewhere.
Since more details were required here they are:
Months ago I tried uploading my pdf to Vista Print’s website in order to create a book for my grandchild on our Ancestry. I had nothing but problems in trying to purchase this book. I had already created this book in Canva and when I tried to create it on Vista Print there was always something wrong.
I thought Vista Print customer service would help me, but all I received was an email with more confusing directions on what I needed to do.
Since I was told to flatten the PDF in canva, I decided to give up for awhile since my Canva subscription expired and I didn’t want to spend another $15.00 to renew it at that time.
I came back again in hopes to be able to create it, but once again, more problems.
I hoped to download my PDF but all I got was the PDF icon kept spinning. I had to try another browser window.
I tried another browser window and when I tried to upload my PDF I now got an error message that says; File with non-embedded fonts
Please embed all the fonts within the file and try uploading again.
I searched how to embed fonts and embedded them in Adobe Acrobat Pro and went back and tried again.
I click on the Specs and Templates and clicked on Perfect Bound Booklets Design Template and I got a PDF for Artwork Guidlines which was nothing but confusing directions. I clicked on US Perfect Bound Booklets and a pop up appears that says Windows cannot complete the extraction. The destination file could not be created. This now leaves me with nothing further to do. My PDF never appeared in the Safe Area because I was never able to get that far.
So I decided to go to Vista Print and make a photo album since my 280 pages were all in color. I downloaded the VistaPrint.com Photo Books program and really though this was going to be it, but once again, it only allowed me to put 24 pages in that album. This again was a total waste of time.
I was told by a Vista Print rep that they don’t have a book the size I created for me to purchase and create. TOTAL AND COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!
I created 10 books on Amazon with Canva and had absolutely no problems! I am familiar with creating a book; however, your program is way too confusing.
I gave up and called Minuteman Press and was told they could do it.
I have purchased many items on Vista Print that I created without any problems, but this crazy program needs to be changed to accommodate the user.

I received wonderful help from Jackielyn M on the chat option as I was designing my project. I appreciated how quickly and carefully she gave me assistance and advice. It gave me confidence to place my order, knowing that everything was as it should be. It's nice to get great customer service!

VistaPrint always delivers! I made a design mistake on a recent order and they worked with me to fix my mistake!

I am extremely disappointed with the design service I received. I provided detailed and specific instructions regarding the wording, font styles, text placement, photo brightness, and the limited edits I wanted made to our original photograph. I also clearly explained that the AI-generated image was only a reference for the typography and layout—not an image to copy or use as a replacement for our authentic Paris background.
Unfortunately, the designer was unable to translate those instructions into the design I envisioned. I spent a significant amount of time going back and forth and repeatedly explaining what I wanted, yet the revisions still did not reflect my requests. Ultimately, I created an entirely new design myself and simply had the designer upload it. That completely defeated the purpose of paying for professional design assistance.
This was intended to be a special save-the-date featuring an important photograph from our engagement trip, so I am extremely disappointed with how the entire process turned out. I am also disappointed with Vistaprint customer service’s response to my complaint, as I do not feel that my concerns or the amount of time I lost during this process were adequately addressed.
Based on both the design experience and the response I received from customer service, I cannot recommend this service.

Maya was wonderful. As soon as I placed my order I realized that the billing address was wrong and went on chat to find out how to fix it. They said that I needed to talk to someone and that they would call me within 5 minutes. I was really surprised when Maya called so quickly. She was very sweet and knowledgeable and fixed my problem. She even followed up with a personal email confirming the changes and my order information. Great customer service! I really appreciate kind people like Maya!

After logging into my business email for the first time in a month, I was shocked to find nearly 40 marketing emails from VistaPrint.
This wasn't standard advertising. It was a relentless barrage of high-pressure sales tactics using desperate phrases like "ends soon," "act now," and "final hour."
The worst part is that they refuse to respect the unsubscribe button.
I unsubscribed because I only wanted to receive my practical invoices moving forward. The very next day, another "ends soon" email arrived. When I clicked unsubscribe again, I was met with a frustrating "dark pattern" popup text reading: "No need to leave, we can send you less..."
VistaPrint’s physical printing services are actually quite good, but their aggressive back-office marketing feels cheap and intrusive.
If they put this much effort into having account managers and customer service, they would retain far more business. Instead, this spammy behaviour just leaves a terrible taste in my mouth.

I've provided my email but i dont see why i need to hand over personal information when you at VistaPrint have it already. The fact of the matter is, this isnt a mistake or a one time practice that caused this. Fundamentally the practices that caused me to give you a 2 star are part of your core marketing strategy, you choose to act this way and not a mistake. So i wont be changing my score sorry.

John Keith from Support was super helpful with my print issue. He talked me through how to fix the print set up for next time as the upload for Postcards wasn't clear for me when previewing. He updated on his end and fixed the issue pretty quickly. Very grateful for the assistance.
