Fortunately, I reach out to them and she took good hour to help me and fix everything i needed for my bussinnes card and had a new order shipped out, free of charge. Professional and reliable. From the moment I reached out to online chat support for help with my company's mug design to the moment the mugs arrived in perfect condition, I felt supported--as if these mugs were the most important part of Vistaprint's day. I remain impressed, and will call on them again....and again.
I ordered magnets for my golf cart tour per my boss’s request. My magnets were due to arrive on April 21, on April 22, still looking for them, I contact Visa print. I haven’t heard anything from them. Oh there’s been a mistake my order has been dropped. Oh great could they please send that for me with expedited shipping as my boss was expecting me to have these. No. They can’t do that now. I’m now waiting another full week. Still being charged for full shipping which is bullshit honestly, this is complete nonsense. I used to really love and value Vistaprint now this is just complete nonsense. And my order 10 freaking 4 inch magnets. I guess you couldn’t get those knocked out. Thanks for nothing, really makes me look great in front of my new employer. Funny how Vistaprint didn’t forget to take my money but it forget to send my order.
Product delivered in a severely damaged box that was poorly retapped together. Product inside had an open envelope in which our rack cards were stuck to. Outside damage obviously not caused by Vistaprint however, inside packing was. For price of products. Better care should be taken to packing.

I had a horrible experience with Vista Print. I ordered a banner before a big event and vista print cancelled my order three days before the event and never gave me an explanation or anything. I tried to get more info and they blamed it on me claiming that I cancelled my order. I spoke to someone else and they said they ran out of material. Not sure how that is supposed to help me now.

I’ve never used their service before, but gosh, did he make my new complicated order EASY!!! He was prompt in replies and got my order done within an hour of sending him 47 files.
