They'll probably delete this, but here's a real review from an actual customer for those considering using this company. DONT DO IT! If I could give 0 Stars I would.
I ordered some sunglasses from this company in February and only just received the correct lenses last week! It took them 4 goes to get them right. They kept sending me a reading prescription for sunglasses, despite my prescription clearly showing I was near sighted. Each time it didn't feel right I had to go into Specsavers to get the lenses checked, and even they couldn't believe I kept receiving reading lenses, especially given my prescription and the fact they were sunglasses. Every time I messaged them I spoke with someone different, and had to explain it all over again. Then wait another 2 weeks for my replacement lenses, only to be given reading lenses yet again! Steer clear of this company. I read other reviews from people having similar issues, and that should have been a red flag, but the proce was OK, so gave them a try. Big mistake. So here's your warning, hopefully I save someone else the heartache.

The pricing on frames is good but the prescription option on lenses especially progressives limited.

Avoid this shop! They charged me for expensive multifocal lenses but delivered cheap single-vision lenses instead. My optometrist confirmed the error, but Vision Direct refuses to take responsibility. They tried to make me pay for the return postage on their own mistake and have now ghosted my emails. Total lack of integrity and terrible customer service.

With the courier company loosing and delivering the parcel to the wrong address the Vision customer service team were extremely helpful in resolving the issue. The glasses are excellent and my wife loves them, they are great quality and good value for the price.

These frames are great, and the transitions lenses are perfect. The price was very reasonable. The completed eyeglasses arrived very quickly.

Reglazing existing frames. Very prompt service. The lenses are perfect and supplied at a fraction of the quoted price I received from a large well known optometrist chain.
