Avoid this company , the toilet has made a loud noise since they fitted it and they won’t come back and fix it . They just ignore my messages and calls . I’m not even happy with the finish . The grouting is awful and the hand shower they fitted has broken already and it was only fitted in July . We’re having to get a plumber in to fix it . They haven’t even left access to toilet . Just boxed it all in . Save your money and go with somebody else .

So I would have put a good review on because the actual install and work done was good, however less than a year later, we had a faulty cartridge in the shower controls so we can’t control the heating. I’ve messaged the company multiple times since July. Initially they said they would send a new one out but I’ve been ignored since then with no communication. Very poor.

Terrible company. DO NOT USE. We had problems from the beginning first there was a leak under the downstairs closet in the sink. Then we had a major leak in the en suite which came into the lounge.
We tried calling and email them but never once did they get back to us.
We ended up getting another plumber in to rectify all these problems with more cost to us.
Material are cheap and nasty.

So disappointed!! Bathroom completely leaked through into my living room because they didn't finish the waste pipe properly. Tried to get in touch with them to at least correct the damage,only to be ignored EVEN AFTER THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX THE DAMAGE. The Bathroom looks more than a year old. Fittings are wobbly and seal coming away. I've had to get a plummer in to fix their work and had additional cost to fill the hole in the ceiling coursed by the leak. It's been a nightmare. You definitely get what you pay for ! Didnt want to post this but WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
