Ive been waiting a month and a half for an order, have emailed customer service 5 times looking for some sort of shipping estimate. No response.

With one email I was able to accomplish all of my goals without any hesitations.

The MNKYs are always a pleasure to do business with and resolve issues very quickly.

The service seems cool. But the value of the vinyls should at least be the price of the membership. The value of the discount code for signing up seemed nice until you see all the shop prices are more even with the discount than most competitors.

Love the idea though.

Nothing about using the membership or how to make selections/changes was sent and recent order is extremely delayed in shipping -15 days since shipping notification and tracking still indicates “label created at sender” as status. Overall, a disappointing program.

The selection of vinyl was endless and once I placed my order, it came so quickly. I was very impressed with the packaging and the quality of the vinyl. We listen to them every night and it sounds like we're at a live concert. I'll be buying more vinyl from VinylMnky!!

Y'all need to invest in a more responsive web design that shows what you actually have in stock. Either that or hire more customer service folks to respond to follow-up questions about canceled orders. Happy I did get my money back for part of the order, but was left in the dark to guess why for a long time. The nice staff seemed over-worked. 😕

The support team was great and always replied quickly, and my vinyl was well packed and was delivered in perfect condition 🙌

Much respect to Vinylmnky for sending my vinyl record securely and on time. It feels great when I see a record delivered that's packaged in a nice sturdy box, this way I know it's going to be mint once I open it. And it was. Thanks Vinylmnky!

I never received it. It sat in Texas for weeks. I was forced to get a refund but I really wanted what I ordered for my niece.

Got some cool albums for our collection that were not on my radar!

VinylMnky came through. We got off to a rough start largely due to the timing of my order. There was no communication for a week until a wrote a panic review after having read some other reviews. After the initial delay in hearing from VinylMnky, they returned to work after the Thanksgiving weekend and set about to sending me the Kanto YU6 speakers (BIG SHOUT OUT - these speakers are fantastic!) and a selection of some classic vinyl I had ordered. Again, slow start but Travis’ team at VinylMnky came through in the end. This would have been a “4” all along if the communication about being closed through the holiday had been clear.

I ordered an album on Oct 15th and didn’t receive any order confirmation or communication regarding the status of my order. I reached out to the seller and vinylmnky customer assistance twice. I haven’t received any communication whatsoever and feel scammed. Huge disappointment.

I preordered an album in April with a July ship date. I understand vinyl can be delayed. When I inquired, I received a shipment notice on September 24. However, this was a “pre-shipment” and the item still has not shipped. It’s November 5 and every record shop has had this album for 2 months. Customer service said this was because they’re waiting on their shipment.

Great experience. Had a damaged item in my order, the situation was rectified quite quickly.

Had what I needed at a great price. Fast shipping! Well packed!!
