Misrepresentation

My wife who is a cosmetic nurse and I had a concerning experience as we were misled by the sales team at Vine Garden (Morena MIA Group) in the Cancun Airport regarding the products they were selling.

The representatives made several claims about their light therapy, microcurrent, and microneedling device that later proved to be misleading. During the sales demonstration, they stated that the device had been developed with NASA technology and that the applicator contained solid gold designed to deliver their creams deep into the skin. They also made dramatic promises that their products could replace the need for future cosmetic procedures such as facelifts.

The sales process was extremely high-pressure. Customers are encouraged to purchase expensive creams and a handheld device that are presented as advanced medical-grade technology. The creams themselves were not safety-sealed, which raised additional concerns.

After leaving the store and researching the device independently, I discovered that many of the claims made during the sales presentation were inaccurate or exaggerated. For example, the device is FDA-cleared, not FDA-approved, which is an important distinction that was not properly explained during the sale.

I attempted to return the unused products shortly after purchase once these discrepancies became clear, but my refund request was denied. Only then did I discover that customers are asked to sign a non-refundable agreement during the sales process, which was not clearly emphasized at the time of purchase.

My experience felt deceptive and highly pressured. I strongly encourage travelers in the Cancun Airport to be cautious when approached by this company and to research any product thoroughly before purchasing.

Consumers who believe they have been misled should consider reporting their experience to PROFECO (Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Agency) so the issue can be investigated.

First and foremost

First and foremost the Resveratrol Cream is great. A little heavy but great. Now as for “con artist”, like used car salesman they are going to try and bs you into buying. The second time I purchased I was approached by a young lady and and told her something in Hebrew (Thanks Holy Land tour). She was shocked. She was genuine and kind. We had like a 30 minute conversation. I was never pressured into buying anything. She even gave me the skin peel for free. Used her own commission points for it. Total bill was $35 dollars. Please disregard these negative reviews. It’s a great product and pay attention to your receipt or purchase on Amazon.

Con artists

Con artists. Charming salesgirl who said she was Jewish, 24 years old and her mother lived in Israel told my girlfriend and I that she would sell us two tubes of wrinkle cream for the price of one. I noticed that the amount wasn’t on the credit card receipt when I signed so, I looked in the bag before leaving the store. Sure enough, we were charged almost four-hundred dollars instead of two. She and her sales manager tried to brush it off as a misunderstanding when I asked for a refund, but it wasn’t — we both heard the salesgirl say that she’d give us a two-for-one deal. The store in the French Quarter of New Orleans is run by very smooth professional liars. BEWARE!

I don't care how good the product is if…

I don't care how good the product is if the sales staff is so fake and conniving. At first I thought they were knowledgeable and cared about my skin until the two people who were luring me in had the exact same spiel. "Pinky promise"and "don't jump up and kiss me when you see the results on your face". I'm out $2500 for 16 bottles of I don't know what because the guy wouldn't take no for an answer. I was near tears from the pressure. This type of business model is shameful. And their adamant NO REFUNDS is a smoke signal. If your product is so good,it will sell itself. Signed, Sickened

They are con artists

They are con artists, take you in for facial but their aim is to sell you $$$ products that you don't use on regular basis and then you cannot return or exchange. the guy in charge comes and give you a non stop info to impress and sell the expensive products. I went there once and never again with $$$ products sitting on my shelf.

Pressure to buy

Pressure to buy, big time!! We even went over the price many times. I said,"so we can get 2 face creams, two eye creams and face wash for both my daughter and me for $175.00." She said yes. It was Christmas time shopping. I didn't look at my receipt until I was home. She charged us both $175. I purchased for both of us. Long story short, I talked to the Manger only to find out they lived together:(

NO REFUNDS!

It's VERY IMPORTANT people know! Vine Vera does NOT give a refund (I had an allergic reaction!!!) The gentleman pointed to a small sign that stated they do not give refunds! I said no one told me that when I spent $500.00. They offered me more products. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Why would I want more products since I had an allergic reaction!

I wish I could give no stars!

I wish I could give no stars!! I went in wanting to buy the eye tightning cream and purchased a few other items, that was not enough they send another lady out to try and sell me this infared device with all this product… $6000 dollars and the salesmen made me feel old and said in 5 years (I’ll be 55) I was going to hate the way I look and I need this treatment, im trying to get out of there because what ever she was doing I saw no results! Finally my sister comes in to see me and all of a sudden I’m trying to leave the price drops to 1500. Im still not interested and you can tell this chick was pissed!!! If I’m going to pay 6 grand for something I’ll have cosmetic surgery not products I saw no change in my face with! Scam artist who hurt your feelings and make you feel old or ugly so you buy there stuff

I Admit, I got scammed too

Admit I got scammed too. By the “doctor” who faked the worst “Milan” accent ever. 4k for a useless wand and “2 years worth of product” they gave me expired products. So they smelled like mold not grapes. Complete and utter con job, I liked the moisturizer and would have continued using it but after I got sucked in when I went to buy more not a chance in H, I would buy any of their products ever again, shady business

I had a very nice experience in…

I had a very nice experience in exhibition in Zurich with this products!
I was with my friend Jessica and we get stopped by a very nice and beautiful blonde that give us a sample. She presents herself and her company very professional, and we get curious. They have a very large selection of products, she showed us the 60 seconds eye solution for puffiness and wrinkles, that worked amazing on my skin, no more bags around my eyes, I was shocked! So I want to try also for face.. Then she showed us the PINOT NOIR COLLECTION, the collagen mask is absolutely amazing..no words needs.. wow!!! In the top of it, they have also devices that if you are interested you can buy it. So they took off 10 years from my face!
Of course technology will help you get better results because is penetrating deeper into your skin. Everything was with LOGIC for me what this salesperson was explaining. And the demonstration was professional with no tricks. She offered me the best price from market because she came for promotion in the exhibition, the deal was exactly the amount of money that I was spending anyway in salons and another products that will not do in years what this products did for me in 15 minutes. So I prefer to invest in good and quality products, because then you see a difference (exactly like with the clothes..) and to buy them when they have good promotions.(1/2 times per year). I’m still using this brand and I will keep buying it because I see a difference on my skin and the ingredients what they use are the ingredients that I also drink 😂😂😂 wine 👉🏻 resveratrol ..(sorry but jokes are part of me). Buy the way.. I recommend also the VITAMIN C Collection, the peeling, serum and the cream for face are one of the best that I tried until now.. Take them in a god deal and try it, you will not regret it. 😜

The Resveratrol Chianti Age Correcting…

The Resveratrol Chianti Age Correcting Syringe is the most effective anti-wrinkle product I have used! I’m in my mid-40s and the wrinkles on my face were getting noticeable. But OMG I have never had softer, clearer, smoother skin and I’ve only been using this for a few weeks. My wrinkles are now disappearing!

Wonderful day cream!

Vine Vera's day cream is the best! I was not expecting to love this product, but it turned out amazing. Loved how lightweight and non-sticky felt on my skin. The toner and cleanser complete the perfect set!

This is the luxury of all creams…

This is the luxury of all creams formulated . Yes quite expensive,
Definitely worth it. You buy a machine , come back for facials and they do them for you in a private spa.
The Vine - Vera face cream is $450
the gold facial strips they used on my facial was spectacular!
They used three strips on my face , neck and chest.
My skin is soft , lines diminished .
The cellular peel is incredible. My. Skin is soft and smooth .
I have told all my friend over 40 to go in and get a facial and start this skincare line asap!!
Most highly recommend- The have a cellulite treatment is a must .. Bring your check book if your looking older then you want ..It is fabulous! Ask for Kolbie

I agree with previous complaints

I agree with previous complaints, unethical practices. At times blatant lies, not truths. I’m ashamed of the money I spent on many of their over inflated products. Manager trains the staff to follow these practices. It was a set back, with the expenses. I was so desperate to remove scars from my face due to lupus. Also had a death of a child, vulnerable I was. What a trap. I do not suggest entering any of these stores.

Bullied Out Of Cash

As much as I did feel the products helped my skin clear up, they're just far too overpriced. The experience of the saleswoman realizing my friend wouldn't take the bait so she instead picked on me for my visible lines and large pores was not an enjoyable moment, and the pressure after already saying yes to a $150 purchase to buy more felt extremely pushy. My friend's skepticism knocked the price down but you could tell by the tone of her voice that her "zip it" comments to my friend were veering close to demanding she shut up. $700 down the drain for product I'll not use due to pressure.

2 stars for product that could've been enjoyable that I just won't use when my skincare routine already only costs $40, but if I could separately rate the salesperson, I would.

SCAM

Even one star review is too good for this SCAM!
My experience comes from Zürich Main Train station, where I literally did not expect anything like that to happen. You are offered a sample of a Creme with that comes the question if you are already over 20 years old, if you answer that they want to show you what miracle they have for you. Long story short I wasted almost CHF 300 leaving the store with products I did not intended to buy, not even to use. Their sellers strategy is extremely offensive, they don’t stop talking until you pay. If you say that the product is too expensive they start to relativize it by counting into the monthly costs etc.
One point worth to add, the brand might be “hidden” behind some another store name. If you check their web page it seems nice and professional on the first sight but try to go little bit through, you’ll find out that it’s simply a scam! None of the numbers works, the terms and conditions appearing on the home page doesn’t correspond to the e.g. return policy etc.
please bare in mind in Switzerland unfortunately there is no obligation to accept returned goods, therefore think twice (not like me in this case) that once you give your money out, there is no guarantee you get them back!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I wished I had read the reviews before buying the facial cream, eye syringe, thermal masks & a whole bunch cost more than USD $1500 by their hard sell people. Since I bought them in Taiwan 18 months ago, nothing I could do. Yesterday I found broken glass piece in facial cream & another one today! It reminded me that the cream did feel sandy a few times but I thought it was the ingredients because the particles were fine & blended well in cream. Not these 2 times! I picked up a piece of glass about 0.25" yesterday & a smaller one today. So this company is not only scamming your money but also endangering you physically! Stay 10 feet away from the store!
