I couldn’t recommend Vinci Hair Clinic enough. From my first consultation in Dublin to flying out to Malaga and having it done. I went from feeling nervous to feeling so much at ease. Dr Suzanne and her team made me feel so comfortable.
The procedure day is long but definitely worth it. I’m currently on day five after my procedure and it’s no where near as bad as I thought it would be. I had some small swelling for a day on my forehead and that’s it.
They give plenty of information for you to follow post Op and since I’ve been following them everything has been perfect.
Thank you Vinci - I really cannot wait to see how the final results work out.
I’d highly recommend them to anyone thinking about it

I recently had a hair transplant at Vinci Hair Clinic in Malaga, and it was an excellent experience. Leading up to the surgery, Neil, the consultant, was amazing. He put my mind at ease by answering all my questions. One particularly helpful tip from Neil was to arrive a day before the procedure to meet the surgeon, Dr. Rossler. This was a great idea, as I got to discuss any concerns with her. She was lovely and very reassuring.

On the day of the surgery, I was very well taken care of. The procedure was pain-free, and I even managed to fall asleep a couple of times. Now, at 14 weeks post-surgery, the aftercare has been amazing. Neil has been incredible, promptly answering every single question I've had within an hour, and I've had many! The clinic also provided a number for direct contact, and Dr. Susanne Rossler has personally responded to my inquiries.

I want to extend a big thank you to Neil for guiding me through this journey and still being there for me. A huge thank you also goes to Dr. Susanne Rossler, who was fantastic throughout the entire procedure. I definitely recommend Vinci Hair Clinic and their exceptional team.

I also want to express my gratitude to the four technicians who assisted Dr. Rossler. You made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout the process. Your kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and I am sincerely grateful for your help.

If you’re in limbo about whether to go get transplant, do it! I promise you… after two years of shall I shan’t I, finally took the courage I needed and got the procedure done…. Shane was my rep from day one till now (7 months post procedure) and he has been fantastic helped with any questions no matter how small they probably were. The procedure itself was a lot better than I expected in terms of pain and being uncomfortable. In and out of the London clinic on the same day and 7 months on I am absolutely over the moon with my results and wishing I found the courage years ago when I first toyed with the idea of getting it done.
Vinci is a very professional set up, great atmosphere, the surgeons were all fantastic and even spoke to me after surgery in the few weeks whenever I needed anything. The aftercare was and still is absolutely brilliant!

Unfortunately not the same I can say about the client coordinator who looked after my booking. Not prepared and poor customer service, I almost went to a competitor as the process was made not easy and clear , 2 stars

100% recommend Vinci hair if your looking for a hair transplant. Started out by meeting Shane (hair Consultant) who perfectly explained the whole process and journey so only convinced me more to go ahead with the procedure.

The hair clinic in Malaga was extremely friendly and easy going. Done a fantastic job as I’m now 6/7 months into this journey and haven’t looked back since.

Quicker you start this journey the quicker you’ll see the amazing results so highly recommended!

Had a free consultation with Ricki at the Manchester clinic back in August. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, got on my level and did everything he could to help me. Had my transplant surgery date organised for a couple weeks after that! Can’t reccomend him highly enough. On the day of the surgery I was well looked after, special thanks to Dr Amoha who was amazing all day and got me some amazing results!

From start to finish my experience with Vinci has been first class. My friend suggested I take a look as he’d been through the process 8 months earlier and he was delighted with the results. The day after, I made an enquiry on the website and was contacted the same afternoon. I was immediately booked in for a free consultation at my local office (Newcastle). I met with Shane and he set my mind at rest straight away. He guided me through the process in detail and then outlined a price. The only thing left was to select a date and payment method. Another thing I must say is that the price is surprisingly cheap compared to figures you hear banded about. I decided to pay it up front, but if you’d rather, Vinci also offered 0% finance over 18 months. This makes the procedure really affordable to the masses.

I made my way to London for 8:30 on the day of the procedure. Dr James Anderson was a breathe of fresh air for the medical industry. Usually you find people of this stature a little stand off-ish, not with James. I found his general demeanour and detailed instructions settled me no end.

I’m 14 days post transplant and I couldn’t be happier. It’s now just a waiting game for the grafts to take hold and grow through later in the year. Brilliant experience and all I keep thinking is, I wish I’d done it sooner

Disappointing service and zero aftercare

I went in for a consult and procedure in October.

I went to leave and was asked if I wanted to purchase their Finasteride & Minoxidil tablets, I said what are these... Oh did no one tell you about them... obviously not. These tablets are £180 for 3 months £720 per year FOR LIFE or at least until you want your hair to fall out. Consultation said nothing about these, nor did the surgeon prior to the operation.

Finasteride also have severe side effects to men and can be rather dangerous, and if you do not take them your hair will fall out, so these should be taken well before any procedure to see if you have any side effects, but it seems that money is more important to Vinci then people or their health. These tablets were just in a pot with no direction of use, no information of possible side effects

You also may not even have an extra £780 per year for life for medication.

I have emailed them twice asking about Finasteride to seek some advise as they're the expects, as my doctor cannot as this is used for prostate purposes and they do not know how it works for hair.

Vinci have ignored both my emails, which is rather disappointing, I am just anther sales target to them

Not a great service at all, think I would have had a better one in Turkey! not worth the money at al.

May consider legal action on miss selling

I was only told about the medication on leaving the procedure and by the surgeon as the pharmacy had left.

Six month check-in did not happen either

I strongly urge people to use a better facility, as these only use the name Harley Street to WOW you.

I mean it has taken 7 months for a response, which says a lot about this company!

Got SMP treatment here for density purposes. Fantastic results. Luba was great and made me feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

AVOID* I paid a £1000 deposit on March 2, 2024, for a hair transplant scheduled for February 7, 2025, in Manchester. Two days ago, I received a shocking message informing me that the clinic isn’t yet CQC-regulated. Consequently, the only options were to travel to Vinci in London or wait for the CQC to regulate the Vinci Manchester clinic. Unfortunately, I cannot travel to London due to personal circumstances. Additionally, I mentioned that I cannot adjust my holidays to accommodate the possibility of the transplant in March.

Given these circumstances, I kindly request a refund as it is beyond my control. However, the clinic has stated that they cannot issue a refund because the deposit is non-refundable

I had such a great experience at Vinci Hair Clinic. The customer service is impeccable in the build up to, throughout, and post procedure. I am very grateful to Dr Fayrouz and her team Ollie, Rachel and Mohammed for their amazing teamwork during my procedure, and to my advisor Martin, who has been very helpful throughout this process.

Over £5000 spent - 22 months post hair transplant plus PRP, meso treatment and still nowhere near having the desired result. Feel very horrible about the outcome of the money and time wasted

As soon as I walked in the clinic I felt welcomed. I was a quite nervous going in but the girls made me feel comfortable and the procedure I was scared for the pain but the pain wasn’t even a 3/10. I fell asleep through most it the transplant. I would really recommend Vinci Malaga if you’re thinking of getting a hair transplant!

I have been and had a FUE hair transplant on the 10th of December and can not recommend these guys enough. They are there to answer all your questions, on hand at all time to talk through how your feeling and make sure you are comfortable throughout the whole process!

I don't ever leave reviews but honestly this place deserves it. From the beginning I reached out and Neil was in contact real quick and I couldn't of asked for someone more helpful or kind. He has helped me from start to finish with arranging things, helping me with my questions and even things I never asked for that had helped me and whenever I have asked for his help he has called me within about 3 minutes and he has solved my problem if I could rate this guy personally I would give him 5 out of 5 he really has been more than helpful to me even with the aftercare he has helped me. I had Dr James for my surgery and on the day I was a bit anxious and frustrated as I have had previous hair transplant before and it was done poorly. Dr James ressured me he was going to rebuild my hairline and reconstruct it from the last place. When the lovely technicians had helped me changed into the surgery clothes my BP was a bit high and James was patient and very clever and was able to bring down my BP. He knew I was nervous about the injections in the back of my head from my last experience and he ressured and honestly the pain was nothing. I don't know how he did it but the injections were not that bad at all. They were painless compared to the way the last surgeon from the other company had done it. He checked on me through the day as did the staff. There was a lady who travelled from Essex who came and brung me a blanket and put the TV on for me. She also stayed and we spoke for a while she was ever so lovely. This applies to all the stuff they all checked on me and asked how I was they were so kind and polite to me. The technicians were really good at implanting the hairs too. I had three people doing it so it went quite fast. They helped me re change back into my clothes and made sure I was alright. The reception was kind and are very welcoming. This place was a real nice experience and my biggest thanks is to Neil and Dr James. They really did a fabulous job and I couldn't of got better people to help me. Thanks to all the Vinci staff.

5☆ from start to finish. I was very nervous going into it but the staff made me very calm. I wasn't nervous for very long. Very clean .helpful and friendly. For the service I got for the money I paid . It's a no brained. Look no further than this clinic. Highly recommended

I had thought about having a hair transplant for a couple of years and while I procrastinated it just got worse. The stigma of what I would look like initially and having people know was just a complete waste of my time. Who cares! Once decided Vinci Hair Clinic just looked to be perfect. I also decided to make the trip to Malaga and not London. I thought, why not a bit of sun also. The whole experience was excellent, I was well looked after and the team were brilliant. Your experience may not mirror my own, so please consider this as I have had no issues from day one to now at 6 months. I took some time the day before to pop to the clinic, have a coffee and chat and feel familiar about where I was going (accommodation was arranged for me). Nice to see them.
One the day, it does take some time, however I felt no pain and didn't bother, I let the experts do what they needed to. While face down for the extraction process, I fell asleep. After lunch and will having the transplant completed, again I fell asleep! Like a dog comfortable in their surroundings, I kept napping away.
Once back at the hotel, I had very little swelling from the operation and the fluid complete drained overnight and all swelling was gone (I don't think this is normal), will you have pain killers etc, I had no real pain and didn't finish all the painkillers, while I finished other prescription courses as directed. My head healed pretty well and scabbing wasn't an issue and I also didn't suffer any shock loss at any point in time. Over the first couple of months it was pretty much a crew cut (looked better than I thought I would with a crew cut). From about month 4 it just came in thicker and thicker. Today at 6 months, I have more hair than I probably did 15 years ago and the doctor tells me I should expect better in the 12 month to 18 month mark....wow! I am happy as it is.
2 comments I am getting is that it has taken years off me and I look so much younger. I disagree on that as it I don't look younger, I just look my age. The issue with going bald was that I was looking older than my age. The 2nd comment I get is from other men, who are jealous. Don't be jealous, just get it done and no better place that I could suggest than Vinci. My whole experience has been a pleasure and I even didn't have any concerns or worry about trying to cover my head on the flight back. Do you know what....who cares. You may never see any of those people again and if you did, they wouldn't recognise you with your new hair :-). This is the first review that I have every written about anything. The reason, I am doing this one as I read many many reviews while considering the process. I hope this helps someone. Best money I have ever spent! I have gone from hating my picture being taken to taking every opportunity to have pictures with family and friends. The only criticism that I have, it may not be able to change but one for the clinic if they read it and one for those to know about. After the surgery, I had to go and find a pharmacy to buy some antibiotic cream that you definitely need afterwards. The clinic give you everything you need other than this as it needs prescribed and dispensed. I understand that, however afterwards I just wanted to get back to my hotel rather that walk the streets with a big bandage on the back of my head. If possible and where someone is able to come the day before, I would arrange the prescription then and ask the client to get it prior to surgery. This is only a minor point and no real issue, but ultimately the only negative I can think of for some balance. Vinci was brilliant, Dr Suzanne was brilliant. I am really happy with the outcome and really happy knowing it will get better that it is now. One final point I just remembered, my barber has told me that she has 7 clients who have had a transplant and mines by far looks or has taken the best. She didn't say exactly where they had gone (Turkey was mentioned for some), but they didn't go to Vinci. I may have been very lucky. Wishing you all the best with yours!!!

I had an EYEBROW transplant procedure in May 2024 due to facial alopecia.
Everything from the initial consultation, the procedure itself and the aftercare has been excellent.
Dr Suzanne and her team were very informative, considerate and professional throughout and couldn't recommend them enough.

It's the morning after my hair transplant and I'm delighted so far. No pain .no trouble. I slept great after having 3700 hairs done. I kept falling asleep during the procedure but my snoring kept waking me up.haha. The staff were lovely.i felt really safe and very cared for.
