Total useless report. My 2008 Porsche 911S shows registered in state of Alabama USA when in fact was originally shipped and registered in BC Canada from mfg. Germany. No service, accident or other info relevant or available. Don’t waste your money on this worthless report.

Purchased the "3 Report" package. States your "Report" will be available for 30 days. Evidently this is a misrepresentation. It seems your purchase is only good for 30 days. Should state "Use it or lose it" in 30 days. After about 40 days, attempted to login to run another report and system states I do not have an active account. Wrote their customer service and absolutely no response. Stay away from these scammers.

This seems like a scam.
Firstly they had a Cdn URL, so I thought I was entering a Cdn site. It re-directed to a US site.
I paid USD 10 for the report on a car I'm interested in buying. All it gave was public info that I could have found elsewhere. Even the public warranty info was incorrect as it gave me US info - Cdn warranty is different.
Important stuff that I really wanted like Ownership, Title, Liens & Original Sale, were "no records found" or "N/A".

I ended up buying a vehicle that had a smaller motor than what they reported . when I told them about their mistake, they said read the fine print. We’re not responsible. Would definitely never use these guys again. Absolute garbage company. Didn’t even attempt to apologize or offer some kind of a partial refund. Use another company.

1 because I can't do 0. I was charged for 10 VIN lookups. However, my account was then closed for no reason. Then I saw all these terrible reviews except for that one Eric Lyons dude who seems to have skin in the game lol. AVOID.

Absolute bullshit. The report they provided me is completely false compared to the report I got from the dealer. I know the car got reported stolen, which didn't show up in VinCheckUp. The odometer they provided is 25k miles below the actual mileage. Besides, nothing but generic information you already know, no service history or anything. Will dispute the charge.

The information was very out of date, car milage 52000
the date of milage on report 30000. No accidents noted but at dealer car had 2 accidents.
When I reported to VinCheckUp they said basically, we told you that; " Thank you for contacting us.
My apologies for any issues you may have encountered while using our services.

They sent me an incorrect report. Will not respond or refund. Waste of money and time. Shame on ebay for allowing links to this garbage.

Total Scam. They called me saying they want to buy my car after placing the advert. Told me to google vincheckup.uk/ and told me to pay for a vehicle check on my own car.
I told him to do a vehicle check himself and he got agitated. Called him out for it being a scam and then he threatened to call the police, I told him to call the police, then he said he would r*pe my wife.

Do not waste your money - not trustworthy. This website charged me for 10 reports and did not give me any login information, any way to access the 10 reports, and failed to provide the first report I wanted at the time of purchase. I attempted to contact their customer support via phone during their posted business hours and did not get through to anyone. Then I sent multiple emails and they finally delivered the first report over 8 hours after I initially paid. When I tried to create an account to access the 10 reports I purchased, their website required me to make another purchase and enter my credit card information again in order to create an account.
If this place is not an outright scam, they are, at best, terrible at what they claim to do.

Scam this an american company and their reports do not show any info related to Canadian accidents, ownership. Don't waste your money.

Absolute scam site.
you enter the Vin and it comes back showing red flags but then when you pay for the full report there are no red flags and no useful information either. this website needs taking down.

Total SCAM, just takes your money, provides nothing and to will automatically try to suck your account each month under disguise of some "subscription" that you have never ordered (or wanted) in the first place. Stay away!

There downloads are unusable they wont open when shared a scam

THIS IS A SCAM SITE!!. CHARGED ME AN INITIAL CHARGE FOR A REPORT THAT IS NOT DETAILED AND THEN CHARGED ME THE $25 MONTHLY WHICH I TRIED TO USE SINCE THEY ALREADY CHARGED ME AND IT TRIES TO CHARGE YOU ANOTHER ADDITIONAL $25 FOR A REPORT EVEN WITH THE MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGE. STAY AWAY!!!!
