Chinese/Hong Kong SCAMMERS!!
Placed an order mid-May, advertised w/free shipping, to receive in 5-8 days. Mid-June, nothing. Rec'd email stating *Undeliverable* (why??) That's when I learned they are in HONG KONG! Found their "NY address" & email and contacted for refund. Then began their back and forth "haggling/negotiating", one lie after another. First, they delivered to mailbox - 16 pairs of pants into a little mailbox. Then claimed their 'logistics' (??) stated they have a signature, I asked - Why would someone ask for a signature, then walk away and try to stuff 16 pairs of pants into a little mailbox? Now starts the *bartering*. "Boo hoo, their delivery failed but won't let them file a claim". So, we'll give you back 20%. NFW! Next offer, 30%. Again NFW, I'm not financially responsible for your business failures. I'm not your business partner! Next, 50%. Again NFW. Next, refund minus THEIR $15 shipping. Me, again, NFW, it was free shipping. Next, okay refund minus $12, which was today, 6/26/2026.

No Customer Service. No response to mails. After 2 weeks, no money back.
The product was delivered quickly. The return takes a very long time. After 2 weeks, I still get no money back. The customer service is also not responding to my inquiries (mail). I'm curious if I'll ever see my money again.

Excellent, client-oriented service
I wanted to buy a pair of Geox ladies shoes on website of Vimodos at very competitive price. However, the supplier of Vimodos could not deliver on time due to technical problems. I was informed by Vimodos about the reason for not receiving the shoes in time in an e-mail, and about the fact that my money has already been transferred back to my account as Vimodos could not let me know when the supplier would be able to solve the technical problem.
For sure, I will order from Vimodos in the future considering their service level.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I did not get the shoes; but I was still happy how my case was handled.
